Used this base design about a week ago and it has actually been flawless. For anyone new building this base, I would highly advise putting as many shotgun traps as you can as it can defend your base from offline very well. Thanks for the base design bc it saved me twice 😊
Great base design, I changed it up a bit adding a bunker for the core and a pixle gap for the battery as i found it a little Vulnerable but apart from that the base Stayed the same and held up great in onlines and off-lines
I've used this base on two different wipes, both monthly. Only issue I ran into was storage. Sweats will have to move a lot of farm stuff outside and putting up a compound.
When testing this out in a build server I have figured out that you can manage to sneak in a large box behind the triangle ramps on the base floor peaks. You simply make it like normal, upgrade to brick or adobe and you are able to place a box down from the window area where you can only loot or see the box if the roof is set to brick or adobe and then I just re-upgrade back to stone when done. It adds an extra element of sneaky loot that not many people would think to look at. I also plan on editing this base to have a lowered center square foundation to help with more box space and have a triangle covering it to fit three bags in core replacing the battery location with a bag as I don't plan on using that battery spot. Planning on using this base with my friends in a wipe later today as we introduce one of my friends to rust. Will edit with results.
@@SwiftyRust the update is we built next to a base that was fairly active about 10-15 mins into wipe and got a few guns and such off of them until a hacker showed up and was landing nothing but headshots and 180 1 tapping people and then we were on bags from hacker and got raided from the other team in an incomplete build. Unfortunate that the first time I have ran into a hacker is when introducing a new player to the game but it will be attempted again as we had fun in the base up until that point. The people that raided us did fail a raid on us before that where I ended up trapping one in base and we profited a kit and then that is when the hacker showed up and ruined us.
I just want to point for someone who has under 1000 hours this was a pretty simple build to follow. its cheap and easy to maintain. The one thing I really would like to point out to everyone is make sure when you build your ground peeks to START WHERE THE JUMP UP IS, like he explained. if you dont follow the pattern properly its going to ruin your second floor build and you will 100% want to start your build over.
Anyone that is wondering why they can't place the floor at 14:49 you can't use the shipment skin for metal or just metal up the walls and you should be able to!
Ive been playing Rust for 4 years on Console, always let someone else build. Tried a solo wipe and this is my first ever build. Love the base design, even i could follow it 😅 Thanks mate!
Hii! I ran this base in two servers, two wipes. It was raided 3 times in total, 1 successful raid. 1st raid was through doors but respawned in core and sealed. Second raid was a duo experienced going through doors as well. They did make it deep after surrendering the base due to no way out. 3rd raid was a counter + raider vs me and my duo, and they set a turret to camp our peak downs as we tried to return fire, resulting them to get deep. Overall, I might use it in the future, but I recommend making a base similar with more peak downs and retake points. Amazing base though! It did help us roof camp which was probably a main reason why we got raided. But thanks! Definitely will use it again, probably tomorrow lol but revamp it a bit with a compound. Thanks! ❤
Honestly recommend putting special stuff in the starter behind the tier 2 so u put a small box behind it no one would expect if you put at least a little bit of sulfur in boxes then you go and pick up Tier 2 and yea

Been building this for a few wipes as I’ve been running solo, it’s never let me down and I’ve won a few online defenses from it, if you can get Garage doors or hell even hqm doors it’s a expensive offline
Best base I used in a while good peaks no door campers killed many ppl trying to ladder on base bc of Tourette managed to place some really good shot gun traps only downfall not as much room in your core

The new 2x1 bunker is easy. 9 triangles and squares back. Plus during raid you can replace the bunker any number of times. Highly recomended.
