Mate I have been a fitness fanatic most of my life and you ring so many bells, lived in gyms, ran marathons, raced pushbikes, paddled kayaks, and worked as a Brickys labourer most of my life and what I am hearing from you is the balance is so important, I don’t know what I was driven by but always had to be the best, now 76 and do enough to stay healthy, but you guys are an inspiration and thanks for the great videos.

Hi Chris, Ange and Oakley, Magic spot and love the squeaky sand down there. Don't worry too much about your strength, focus on movement of the hips and shoulder. I found Calisthenics and hand balancing 3 years ago and the benefits are amazing. Full body work-out with little to no equipment (handy when travelling in your new smaller vehicle). I'm getting close to 60years old and can hold a handstand for over a minute which is pretty cool. Loved the vid.

Loved the beach run chat, I think it resonated with a lot of your viewers, I remember in the early days where you used to show us your workouts. I loved Ang’s idea of the Tabata workout.
Mate! That was an epic wee chat while you had your run, and so on point. I reckon, finding that balance between being “you”, a partner, dad, and TH-cam content creators with all that comes with overlanding, is worth sharing with us.

Absolutely loved this ep - so enjoyed learning of your adventure-exercising (go the kettlebell) plus advice & realities around training on the road with a bubba in tow (and learning of your changing/accepting a different viewpoint on being super fit - I def resonate so nice to hear you chat about this). Fantastic episode, looks like an awesome festive season for you as a young family. Willl be sad to see you leave Australia but looking forward to your European build n travels. The key to fitness is to just start n be consistent n tell someone what you are doing so that they will hold you accountable.

Beautiful rig. Ive always loved the unimogs as a 4x4 rv platform. They are so rare to find the right setup in the US. Dont think our military uses them. At least not in any large numbers.

Portugal has good beaches but my favourite coast is northern Croatia and especially all the island. Albania is also good and wild interior and mountains. Look forward to see you guys in Europe!
