Been following you're channel past couple weeks, I've been a installation engineer for the past 6 years.. really helpful watching these service and breakdown videos brilliant!
Thanks mate, appreciate it ! I did the same as you when I first started. Always thought it would have been interesting to see how other people do things 👍🏼
Also a good idea for taking photos of PCBs is when you remove the old one the apprentice will ALWAYS play with the dip switches. So good thing to double check they're all in the original positions 😂
Top work mate. I like bouncing the way I do things off of you. I'm a sparky and refrigeration mechanic, but never done too much service work. I'm doing more now these days as I'm over installs and I'm finding your videos an invaluable resource.
great video , couldnt you have switched the fan connectors to diagnose the fan problem , I am thinking plugs would be the same , excellent descriptions of your work thanks
Thank you for taking the time to construct these vids. Love em. Little tip I was told is you could swap over the connector plugs to confirm it is a doggie cfm Bit shocked we didn't hear "to be fair“ you consciously not saying it anymore?
Yes mate, usually different manufacturers will put this sort of info into the Service Manuals. Mitsubishi Electric also had an app with loads of info. Well worth a download 👍🏼
Those fan motors are bldc motors with built-in control board. So they take rectified mains which is basically what u get after putting a FULL BRIDGE RECTIFIER & capacitor across 240v mains. If u apply the formula of calculating ac peak voltage u will get 340v & the control signal i do not know much about cus if that goes out u will have to replace the motherboard.
Mine hasn’t had much use yet either to be honest 😅 Hoping it’s going to pay off this winter though ! It did the job perfectly here mate ! Hoping it will be good for fault finding and small repairs like this in the rain 🤞🏼
Hello can you pleaste tell what is cause of e5 error on daikin 3,5kw ceiling mono split.I know its compressor overheating but what do I need to test to see what’s wrong sorry for bad english😅
hi, i love your videos, a nice one again. Where did you get your Mitsubishi Pullover from :) ? I like Mitsubishi units i have one on my own and also do install these sometimes, i think these are very good units. Couldnt you try to swap the two Fan motors, to see if the fan motor was working? regards
Thank you mate, appreciate it 🙌🏼 We have the tops embroided with the Mitsubishi logo on ourselves. Yes, definitely could have swapped the plugs over just to try 👍🏼 👍🏼
Bruv where did you get your Fieldpiece meter , and how the heck did you get Milwaukee to send you stuff , their EU website you can't even buy directly from ... Good on ya though to be fair 👌 Next thing you gonna be sponsored by veto as well eh 😎

I bought myself a big fishing umbrella. I use a circular magnet with a Munson ring screwed in to it to hold the brolly up. Works fine 👍🏴
I thought about doing this too mate, definitely would of been the cheaper way 😅👍🏼
I just bought one of those umbrellas, different reasons, I live in Australia and am tired of nearly burning to death doing repairs and installs.
Another good vid, Will. A good explanation and fix. Keep up the great work.👍👍
