    And still losing 23 lbs while building a lean, athletic physique.
    Online client Jake has made more progress in months than most guys do in years.
    Before he joined Physique Academy, Jake was going to the gym 5/6 days a week.
    Yet, no matter how hard he worked his butt off, Jake didn’t see any visible gains.
    His clothes felt the same…
    Chest wouldn't grow…
    And his abs remained hidden.
    And when you’re putting 60+ minutes into the gym 5 days a week, not seeing progress is a kick in the balls.
    Plus, Jake was stuck knee-deep in the minefield of crap nutrition advice out there like:
    Give up carbs.
    Cut out sugar.
    Cardio burns muscle.
    Etc.
    So not wanting to spend another 6 months in the gym and get nothing out of it, Jake reached out.
    He immediately began working with one of our coaches, @dylanphysiqueacademy who quickly devised a training plan to preserve lean muscle mass…
    And a nutrition plan where Jake could still enjoy his favourite snacks and get shredded.
    He even said:
    "My biggest win mentally is my resilient attitude towards life - I’ve become less lazy and have more get-up-and-go.
    I feel much more confident in myself and less anxious in general.
    It’s also taught me to say no to certain things in social settings which would set me back."
    One of Jake's biggest challenges was social drinking.
    i.e. getting plastered each time he’d hit the booze.
    And while he had some social events, like weddings, where he did drink in excess, his coach always made sure he got back on track.
    Better still, Dylan showed Jake that he didn’t need to be plastered each time he was out to have a good time.
    Jake's progress is only going to continue.
    Because now Phase 1 is out of the way, we're moving on to Phase 2 to add more muscle mass and gain more confidence.
