Just five hours ago, I was at the Cagney. Had shrimp cocktail with 3 huge prawns. Lobster bisque. 12 oz prime rib, midium rare. It was such a treat!!!😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋
Was there an upcharge to eat there? I am interested in gluten free options. Do you know if there are enough options overall on the boat? Scared to cruise bc hard to eatf gluten free a lot of places even on land here in Dallas. Thanks!

I would have definitely gone for crab legs if they would have had them at Ocean Blue...shocking that a seafood restaurant didn't have those. That halibut and filet looked really good, though. And those desserts! As for that whiskey, that would definitely be something I'd have to try...definitely would savor that.

Ocean Blue was better when they had the extra cover charge. They had crab legs, lobster, and stone crab claws. Now it’s just fish, but I still enjoy it! After all those duck farts, I can see why Jason thought Louis was a shot. Glad y’all got to try something a little special ❤️

We have never done a Specialty Restaurant on an NCL ship. We love the complimentary dining so we never thought about paying. Do you think there is a huge upgrade in food and is it worth the money?

It can be confusing listening to Americans talking about entrees, because while for you it means the main course, in Australia it means the appetiser course.
Yall have not had a crabcake till you have a maryland crab cake. They are the absolute best on planet. In fact I will not ever order a crab cake unless I know for sure its from maryland
@@EECCTravels Once you’ve tried an authentic Maryland crab cake you’ll see what I mean. They are the best. And I know I’m bragging because I love right here on coast but it’s really true. I will NOT eat a crab cake unless it’s from Maryland. They are fabulous!!!
I must say it is disappointing that 3/6 people ordered steaks and chicken cordon bleu in a seafood restaurant. For your audience, it would have been nice to get your opinion about the lobster, the cioppino, and the seafood linguini for example.
The cruise 🚢 industry will take years to come back from the coronavirus🦠 not to mention all the bad press they get for Noreau virus outbreak‘s. I’ll never go on a cruise 🚢 again and I bet millions of Americans feel the same way. I’ve been on over eight cruises the past 20 years.

We ate at the Ocean Blue on the Breakaway back in early February and it was by far the best meal we had on our cruise!

I love my scotch, but a good cognac is a fine drink particularly after dinner. And Louis XIII is a fantastic cognac.
