You should try camp your own trace in an alt in a corvette (free).. then with your main you wait on inside the abyssal final gate. Check on your alt and if gankers are gathering, YOU aggress THEM with the corvette, wait a few seconds for CONCORD to arrive to kill your ibis, and when concord is on site, you have a nice escort. You can safely leave the trace and moonwalk home.. If they aggress you at that point, they should die instantly to the prespawned concord..

does not works this way. Only one concord spawn will appear, so only one of their coercer will die.
The attempted gank in this case was done by a single player multiboxing destroyers. He was using input broadcasting or some other form of macro to coordinate the destroyers. He has been reported, CCP has responded and the multibox accounts have been removed from the game. Hopefully, he will read this and respond so that we can all enjoy his tears!

Lol imagine being so bad at the game you input broadcast 4 gank alts. I use 9 gank alts and play legit, and still am able to fire in time when ganking.
Edit: watched the video fully. That was not input broadcasting. If it was, you would have seen the “kill right earned” and each of the “criminals are not allowed here” appear in 1 tick. Here, it is obviously not, as it takes around 5 seconds for all ships to fire. Do you have a source on this guy being a cheater?
Thats not true, this ganker on video (Cliff) are famous russian suicider, never got removed or banned, continues to do his dirty job
@@DenisSysoyev if that was an input broadcaster, the gila would have been dead. I switch accounts far faster than he did legit, that’s pretty slow switching

Well done Sir for showing these gankers a fightback. As it should be. There are counter ganking ways also, camp them, bump them from their camping position and so on. The best strategy is intelligence and also to not run abyssal sites in highly populated areas such as Jita or the surrounding areas. What a bunch of scrubs they are.

I will also add that most of the time, gankers want to be isk efficient but I think with content being scarce they are willing even to take a loss just for the tears

I literally got ganked by these guys today! HAHA They popped me but they must have learned form this and brought more guys and even a Tengu! There was more of them too. 11 of them in that fleet that got me.
"Novus Ordo" and "Stalkers" love the HS abyssal ship ganking. Check the Zkill and DotLan, great resources. Firestorm hybrid fit is something ive thought a lot about and it's great to see one in action-- in and out of the abyss. Props Ace. Keep it up.

If they warp to the trace they can tell if it's a low tier or high tier by the color of it
But I don't remember where the distinction is its 1-2/3-6 or 1-3/4-6 maybe

Novus Ordo ally with Safety killed 25 orcas in 3 days, 1 2 and 3 April, so, i added the complete corporation and ally to the terrible standing, so i can see in local when they are in that system and prevent the gank. Be careful, they are near ice mining sites in Gallente, like tolle, ayateaux,etc they are 50-60 gankers online, nobody can survive 40 catalyst i think. for the moment im playing with a stratios.

What does "Cost" mean on the kill rights? Does that mean you'd get 30 mil if you kill them within 29 days?
Kill rights are something you can activate "on demand" in order to get a suspect timer on the target of the kill right.
Mr. Aceface as the owner of the rights gets no isk if he uses them himself, but he does if others pay to use them. So the cost you see there is how much you would need to pay Ace if you wanna pew the gankers yourself.

@@insanelyme938 Yeah that is what I like about it, the threat of dying increases as you get deeper. Always need to be on your toes, this is not an easy mode MMO :)
How do these gankers find the safespots? Combatscanning the ships and warping there once the target has went in? Or is it possible to scan for the Abyssal traces?

Do you always insure your ship with premium?
only t1 and sometimes t2 ships. faciton ships like the gila dont give anything from insurance that is of value. only really valuable in t1 and t2 ships

These guys tried to kill me couple days ago. 9 of them. Actually there is one person with many windows. They coudn't kill me - passive gila worked well. He's Russian as I'm. He said he gunks all T4 and higher ships. He and his alts were in Perimeter recent days. I've chanaged my location because of him.

I have pretty max skills in the relevant stuff but my mastery is only level 3 or 4 because I don't have so good targeting skills and some shield compensation skills (they don't really matter). Thanks ;)

As a noobie capsuleer I dont have the ISK to risk a gila , I mean if I managed to buy one gila, i will be very very careful not to lose it, and will not likely get involved in any pvp with it, I will just keep doing T1 T2 abyssal till I get enough ISK to buy another one and get enough skill points , If I happen to have 3 gilas I might use it for pvp and be abit more reckless.
I have been saving for a gila for at least a month now, and not even close. T0 abyssals don't pay enough .

that astero is most likely the one who scaned you down and to collect the loot after the gank, seen them do this with a gnosis to scan down then the gankers warped to him

i have an hybrid-ishtar with a 1600mm armor plate and a single a-type repper. Only 1 drone damage-mod, but very good damage application because 2xtracking link with tracking script.60k+ehp and 200kehp with assault damage control. If you get used to this ship gankers will go nuts. i havent tried t6 so far, but t5 exotic and firestorm are very relaxed, allthough i build this ship expecially for firestorm.
Would love to see the full fit if you still have it to hand, I can't seem to get close to 60k ehp in my 1600 plate experiments!
@@daver9571 welll just buy an abyssal 1600 plate and an a-type repper. Only 1 rep. 2x trimark II, 1 explosive hardener, 2x multispectrum plating. These are the most expensive one, must deceide if you can afford a or b tape. I dont have in mind how much ehp, but 60 seems right. Use Assault DMG control only if youre worried about ganks.
@@daver9571 i habend done any t6 abyss since the update. Seems to risky right now. My ship+clone are about 6 bil. Have to see how this new update works out first.

@@dieterlarrssen4745 Thank you, that's perfect! I hadn't considered an abyssal plate, that's what I was missing. Or, I hadn't thought of abyssal modules at all! I'm just returning after like 8 years away so this is all new to me. Wow you can get some crazy HP from a well-rolled 1600mm!
I think the penalty for ganking is not enough... There should be way more consequences to ganking in HS. I understand HS is not a safe place but for a couple of destroyers to kill a freighter or even a marauder is just not scaled well.

Running abyssals without a permit is illegal Ace. You owe Princess Aiko 300 000 000 isk. And you need to retroactively pay her for all the loot you have stolen from the trigs. The trigs are allies and clients to Her Grace

No, you are not cloaked at all when exiting the abyssal site

Not cloaked, but you are invulnerable for 60 seconds until you move.
So if you are gankers on your trace grid, dont panic. You have a full minute to mentally prepare for the situation.
