Recipe and ingredients
00:00 Recipe 1
00:20 2 potatoes /200 g mashed potatoes.
00:24 Boil until done.
00:31 Grate.
01:10 1 small egg.
01:13 40 g grated cheese.
01:15 Flour 2 tbsp.
01:19 15 g green onions.
01:49 Add a pinch of ground red pepper (optional).
01:54 Add black pepper and salt to taste.
02:00 Mix well.
02:17 Oil for frying.
02:30 Add potato dough to the pan.
02:35 Make potato pancakes
02:45 Fry for 5 minutes on both sides over medium heat.

3 eggs.
A pinch of salt and a pinch of black pepper.
A little red pepper.
Green onions.
Add green onions to eggs and stir.
Pour the eggs into the frying pan.
Place tortilla on top.
Flip.
Tomato.
Spinach.
Mozzarella cheese.

3 eggs.
Salt and black pepper.

Mix well.
100 g green onions.
Add green onions to eggs.
Mix well.
1 tablespoon unsalted butter.
1 tomato.
Place tomato slices in a frying pan.
Salt.
Pour the egg into the frying pan.
Mozzarella cheese.
Cook for 3-5 minutes.
Ready!

1 carrot.
Cabbage 150 g.
1 small onion.
Butter.
Olive oil.
Fry the onion.
Add carrots and cabbage.
Cook over medium-high heat until done.
2 eggs.
Yogurt 2 tbsp.
Salt, pepper, nutmeg.
Olive oil.
Tortilla.
Cheese (mixture of 3 cheeses).
Cover with tortilla.
Add cheese.
Cover with a lid and cook over low heat.
Wait for the cheese to melt.
Flip the tortilla over.
Cook for 3 minutes over medium heat.

4-5 potatoes.
Cabbage 200 g.
Butter.
1 onion.
Fry the onion.
1 paprika.
Salt and boil potatoes until tender.
Add paprika.
Add a little olive oil.
Add cabbage
Salt.
Paprika.
Pepper.
Fry over medium heat until done.
Shred potatoes.
Butter 2 tbsp.
Cheddar cheese 40 g.
Corn Starch 1 tbsp.
Mix well
Divide the dough into 4 parts.
Add filling.
Olive oil.
Fry on both sides over medium heat.
Serve potato pies hot with sour cream!
20:45 Recipe 6.
2 potatoes.
Add salt and boil until done.
Green onions.
Grate boiled potatoes.
Add 2 eggs.
Add green onions.
Flour 1 tbsp.
Cheese 40 g.
Nutmeg, salt, pepper.
Mix well.
Olive oil.
Butter.
Fry over medium heat.

Here in Interlachen Florida and dang, girl!! My grandkids wanted more. I’m tripling the recipe. You can make/ layer with wax paper and freeze. Kids can take out, air fry to heat up as a snack! My grand loves to dip them in BBQ sauce or ketchup. Thank you!
