For everybody having trouble with this in the most recent version you need to turn on the levers first before breaking a piece of all the other rails

Actually, I tried to do the first method in the 1.18.1 and the rails didn't turn direction the way it's presented here in the video, but I could manage to do it with another form, still, it's way faster than any other travel system, thx for this video!!

To help everyone in 1.18 and above you need to flick the levers twice instead of just once.

strangely enough it worked fine the first time i built it. but building the railway back i did have to flick them twice no matter how many times i replaced and redid everything making sure it was mirrored exactly it wouldnt work until i flicked the levers twice that on the railway back. even though the two are separated. (1.19)

I made a rail using the middle method and lose momentum much faster than you do in this video, on Java. Has there been a change in minecart momentum on corner rails since this video was uploaded?

It's okay now. I watched your newest video on it, and it only works when I go East or South. I'll probably need levers or some other power source if I want to go West or North.

Not tested on bedrock but the mechanics are a bit different I believe Maybe try it out on a creative world first
