Hi I just have a question. I read that you can't ship food out of state because most states do not allow you to sell online/ you need to sell the item in person. So even if you're on a state that allows you to sell online (not directly hand it to the person) you can't sell to a state that doesn't allow that. So I'm confused. How are you able to ship to all these states? Do you have a special permit? I'd like to ship everywhere not just in my state.

Hello each state dictates the needed info for a cottage food operator some states you have to add the contact info because it allows for traceability which if someone gets sick they need to know from whom the food was made its a safety issue for the consumer.
