Aquascaping Goldfish Aquarium - THE GOLDEN ERA /minimalism/

Hey guys!!! Something new on this channel, a goldfish aquarium. Can you believe it? :D
This layout is very similar to my old setup Game Of River Stone / Simplicity • Aquascaping GAME OF RI... but on a larger scale and with goldfish.
I like simple and I like minimalism, I hope you will like this tank too :) This is really simple and easy goldfish setup.

Question for goldfish keepers!
Can I add more fish to this tank or am I pretty much done with the stocking? :D

I suggest to add 2 or 3 more.

You can’t each fancy goldfish needs 20 gallon of water(80 liter).An oranda needs a little bit more.

I suggest not to add anymore because of how much waist they produce, but if you want to add more I suggest getting a bigger aquarium.

@@pascalperdu4342 Yeah, that's the general rule of thumb. He has some heavy duty filtration on there, so could maybe have a fish or two more. I think it looks good with just the two though :)

If you could get a large quantity of either smokey quartz or amethist quartz and break it up and put it through a tumbler to smooth down all the endged you'd have colored quartz sand, either smokey grey or purple. You could even use hemetite and iron and quartz shiny silvery stone.

Thanks!! No, but they dig sand around the plants and move them :) I took out the plants, maybe I'll add some anubias. But here the main focus is on fish anyway, I don't need plants. I have enough planted aquariums :)

Everything goes together so well, the contrast of the red 'Wen' Caps against the whites and grays are incredible. This habitat with the rocks and running water is actually quite similar to their natural habitat of the yangtze river of China.

this is only the second of your videos I have watched - simply beautiful!!!! The only issue I have are the 2 Goldfish - they have been bred to have distorted heads and so many of them suffer as a result. Hope they have a nice long life and will be happy in their lovely home.....K PS - love the relaxing music too!!!

Thanks for watching!! The only issue comes when their wen grows and covers their eyes (this does not happen to every fish). When this happens the wen can be trimmed. The wen is just a fat tissue, there are no nerve endings and the fish do not feel pain. Something like when we clip our nails.

Amazing aqua scape for goldfish. I wanted to have one. Shopkeeper says that even we equip filter, we should have a air pump alongside. But, you just put a filter. Please advise.

Thanks!! The air pump can't hurt, it can only be beneficial. In my case I have a lot of surface agitation by the filters (gas exchange) so I don't need an air pump.
