First. A unit that high? I bet going up and down the elevator is hell. So many stops before you get off...up or down. Especially, if you have lots of groceries.
The elevators are actually fairly fast, certainly faster than in most other buildings in Bangkok. In addition, the total number of residences is significantly lower compared to other high-end buildings, ensuring that residents aren't stuck going from floor to floor.
Regarding groceries, you'll be glad to know that one of the perks with living at the Ritz-Carlton Residences are 24 hours valet and porterage, so you won't be needing to carry up anything if you so choose.
I don’t like the decor. Too messy, too cluster.
We do have other units, including bare-shell, available to cater to all tastes.
