    I just bought this program the other day. Today was my first go with it and good Lord. Even with the lifter percentages it's taxing. Absolutely loved it.

    So excited for this. I have a couple of programs but I've been struggling to get lean again. I got a little lean with the 4 horsemen but, I don't have as much space and the impact on my joints was really hard to recover from towards the end. I enjoyed the bodyweight one but I prefer weights. I've been stuck in a little rut with training after moving and felt like jumping into 4 horsemen was not the best to get back into training with.
    One random question though. My new training area is in a basement. Would it be okay to switch between seated and z-press? Or maybe even kneeled to keep those glutes engaged?

    Best way to lose weight is to stop eating until you are lean. Some obese 5"9/315lbs blob can lose 100lbs in a month if they really want and it won't even come back when the autophagy kills the fat cells. I used to be 240lbs and now I'm struggling to get past 180lbs even when I dirty bulk because I did huge fasts years ago and now I train 6 hours a day judo/kungfu/karate and bodybuilding

      @@FNG_Reggie there should be some kind of "sign this paper to get lean for free" program where fat people could go to some kind of controlled enviroment with absolutely no food but they have to sign that if they start banging their head to a wall or something the place isn't responsible. It would cure most disease in this world and literally for free
