Poor winter acted out of fear but has his heart in the right place.
The way Winter turns in the beginning. Dude knew he was screwed.
These movies really are great accomplishments in terms of motion capture .
That night when all the apes were trying to decide when to leave Winter wanted the apes to leave early cause he knew the military were on their way, Winter wanted out one way or another.
Kinda feel bad for him because even though he gave away Caesars position he was going to be killed if he didn’t (don’t act like you guys wouldn’t do the same thing because reality is different to movies/games) so winter tried to warn Caesar that they need to move quicker.
This so sad winter is my favorite character i know he betrayed the apes but its so saaad he is soo scared and so cute

Winter looked genuinely shocked when Caesar said about his son and wife being dead.
I think it was an accident, you could see the regret in Caesars face after he killed winted
Ceaser had every right to kill Snow tbh
You Mean Winter!?
Imagine if ceaser said, " ape... sleep...now..." While he was choking him
In a way, this scene reminds me of Matthew 10:39, from the Bible's New Testament. It talks about Jesus telling His disciples about whether people would follow him or not, but Winter's choice in betraying Caesar in favor of his own life seemingly reflects the first part of this verse.
May Winter's choice serve as a lesson for us all.
NLT Version: "If you cling to your life, you will lose it; but if you give up your life for me, you will find it.":
i felt bad for winter man ceaser is a badass
ceasar face when he said gone looked like he wanted to kill him
This scene sold me on this trilogy being legit, it’s in the top 10 of big budget modern Hollywood films by a fucking landslide.
This shows that even in the end Koba will tournament Ceaser see Ceaser isn’t afraid of Koba the reason he’s seeing him is because he thinks he’s becoming him by killing other apes and fighting humans so that’s why Ceaser sees Koba also because Koba just wants to hunt him
Ghost Koba!
I didn’t even know he killed him during this scene, I thought he just knocked him out
I felt bad for winter in this scene :( but this is an example of you betray the apes
This is just super sad.I loved Winter!
Crazy thing is I don’t think they meant to kill winter but it was an accident
Winter was a traitor to Caesar, even though he was accidentally killed by him
Still say this is THE MOST 80s intense sounding scene of our generation.
Ceasar DID wanna kill Winter when he found that shit out, but it was still an accident. He put his hand over Winter's mouth AND nose. All while in a headlock. Suffocation was inevitable. But Ceasar wanted to do worse, he's just too damn strong.
Actually he didnt want to kill him. He was gonna use him to show him the border and wont care if he dies or not but once he killed him he got scared and got nightmares
@@anthonygomez6977 he did want to kill him just wasn’t gonna do it
RIP Caesars son and wife
No one suffers worse than a traitor.
God, I love these movies
We cried
NOO WINTER THE WAY HE DIED MAKES ME CRY :(
