The City Different indeed. No place like Santa Fe . In my working days I delighted taking clients to La Fonda for lunch in the garden, in those days parking was easy, crowds during the week were smaller and the atmosphere was relaxed. One of my favorite memories to this day was walking from the Sweeney Center to the Eldorado Hotel on a snowy evening with friends. Beautiful with the street lights and quiet conversation. Oh yes, the building yiu weren't sure of may have been the old St Michael's Hospital. Enjoyed this stroll. Thank you.

My impression is that Santa Fe is more adobe- style concentrated (a style which I love)...I thought about moving there, but the cost-of-living is too high for me...
