Couple tips,
-Don’t post rates period! This will make them have to contact you for prices and availability anyway!
-GPS, if it cost more than $500 buy a nice gps system. Lonestar tracking is what I use.
- Make “Rent me with phone number” stickers on the trailer. That’s free traveling advertising.
- Invest in promotional items, hats/stickers/business cards/t-shirts, yes it’s not free but it is advertising.
- If it’s not being rented, park it where I can be seen with the rent me info on it so they can see it.
- If it’s not being rented, tow it with you when you are driving around town!
- If you have a regular job, say as a contractor. If you are bidding a job, add the rental cost of a trailer to your bid.

What insurance do you have for renting trailers?
RV insurance, covers wrecks and theft. GPS is a great tool also.

I love your content. I have a trailer that I want to rent out. I found a site that lets you rent through their platform for a 20% cut of my suggested price. Should I start with them or just be a lone wolf. Also do I need to have my trailer registered because I got the trailer for very cheap and now it a hassle to get a title for it because it didnt come with a title. (I will try and stay away form non-titled trailer etc). Please help. Thank you.
