Never skidivided but I have to correct on something. When you jump of a plane or a cliff you are not in free fall. The definition of free fall in physics requires says that the only force you experiance must be gravity which is not true here because of air resistance.
I lost a Sister to Sky Diving in 1998 she was a professional,over 3000 jumps,she thought she was invincible,she fell to her death on a Worldrecord attempt in Chicago,she collided at 17,ooo feet,lost consciousness,and did not have an automatic deployment device for safety, our family was devastated,her young daughter had to be raised without a mother,her daughter is now 34 years old with 2 children that my sister will never experience Grandparent,what I'm trying to say is life in general has it's own risks everyday,don't think you can cheat death because the moment you feel your invincible the law of averages will catch up to you,and it will not only affect you,anyone close to you or loved ones will be haunted for the rest of their lives and for just a thrill,Adrenaline fix trouble is like drugs,you will want more,My Sister told me the rush she felt from it,It consumed her and she was very good at it but tragedy happened in my Family,my Mother died from a broken heart from coping with the loss of her daughter,she told me before she passed she never really had a moments peace after the accident.
I’m sorry to hear that, but as a skydiver myself it’s worth the risk to me, just like driving a car to work is a risk but it has to be done. Skydiving is not an adrenaline addiction contrary to what people think. It’s benefited my mental health in profound ways and takes away my social anxiety. Normally I would spend my weekends depressed in bed or smoking weed, but because I have a wonderful sport that I’m in love with to go back to on the weekends I just feel more alive than ever. The risk is so low but unfortunately the tragedies do occur. I think the moral of the story is always use an automatic activation device
I am in the process of getting my A license. I did my first solo jump. It's scary as he'll but you have to rely on your training and gear and the feat goes away k8mda
Yeah! Looks fun. I did not get to play fotball as a kid... my parents are way religious.. hmm. haha, poor kid. Or celebrate birthdays. i wanted to become a fotball player i remember... so i might start to skydive when older instead.. ;) Just gotta get some cash, etc.. Looks cool! Smart invention with the auto parachute ! Seriously seems like a cool community.. I skateboarded instead of fotball, so im a bit hurt after that.. but gonna try fix that, then skydive some.. and other stuff... ! Yeah i know skydiving is dangerous... but yeah i would be safe.. probably. Some good gear! Looks way fun. :) That's freedom. Looks and feels like freedom to me. :)

A container brand new starts at $3900....hard level to pull is 3500 feet not 1500.... this guy does not know what he's taking about. The community part was correct.

So crazy expensive now..payed 100 dollars for first jump...later on bought a rig for 1000 dollars, then jumps were like 15 bucks.
