my stepdad took me on my first skydive, best experience of my whole life. there’s nothing like being in the hands of someone you fully trust and being able to just enjoy the experience knowing you’re in good hands. gotta say i’m jealous at how young this girl is! very lucky little one to be introduced to such an awesome sport so young. what an awesome video!!
This is so heartwarming! 💓 I appreciate this dad, and all dads who take the time to spend it with their children, and making memories that their children will always remember 💓
Go for it! I did my first jump last September at the age of 45 and now I've booked another one for next month from an even higher altitude! You just need to go through that fear barrier. You will be absolutely terrified but as soon as you are out of that plane it is like you are floating on a bed of air due to the air pressure pushing against your body. It does not feel as though you are falling at all. It's far more fun than scary! Do what I did and get yourself down to an Indoor Skydiving Center first. You walk into the wind chamber and then you 'free-fall' at head/chest height. No scary heights involved! Check out Indoor Skydiving on my channel and check out my 10,000ft skydive if you like too.
wow you should go for it. I haven’t ever done this but it seems really scary at first but just know you’ll be safe and you get to experience this wonderful !
GirlyGamerYT. Absolutely. As I said above get down to an indoor Skydiving Center and feel the 'free-fall'. Look at videos of experienced indoor skydivers just hovering in the wind chamber. They are remaining stable despite the wind pressure from the wind fan pushing against them. That's what real skydiving feels like. Real skydiving feels like you are floating even though you are cutting through the air at 125 mph. When I left the plane it looked as though the plane was going up and then it looked as though the ground was coming towards me rather me going towards the ground. Oh and if you do a real skydive DON'T close your eyes!
I"m so proud of that little girl. I knew she wanted to be there with her dad. This wasn't forced on her.. these are good people. She was so brave. The fear took hold, but her dad was there to anchor it, and do the jump anyway, which will allow her threshold for courage to flourish, throughout her life. That is just so excellent. For her. xo
I'm jealous to their bonding as daughter and dad because even the love and care of my dad I never experience until he's gone but I still missed him as my father because too different with dad and no dad 😞...
Reading these stupid comments makes me mad she was smiling at the begging she wanted to do it 2:04 if u were 5 and sky diving u would cry too she was happy in the end tho so it’s ok when ur dads is behind u it’s always ok 👌 ❤️
When my daughter was that age she was never off my shoulders, she turned 21 last April 2017 and the best way to mark that date was for both of us to do a Skydive at St Andrews in Scotland, it was an amazing experience and a fantastic day to mark her turning 21 and a day both of us will never forget.
I have tears of joy for that little girl, bless her for being so fearless and trusting in daddy to make her feel so safe and loved. That is great parenting there, teaching your children to live life to the fullest, bless this family! Well done little girl, whatever your name is, you had me smiling all the way through that video :) xx
Wow❤ one of the best skydiving videos I have ever seen! This video made me cry. When her dad gives her the kiss on the cheek in the plane ride before jumping, took me back to my children at that age and all the fun adventures, …life is so new and amazing for them. Thank you for sharing this great video! Blessings.
My middle Daughter, the only one whom wanted to actually go skydiving with me, used to get upset because she had to wait until she was 18. See, here is the good old free United States of America, I would have been arrested for taking her skydiving. She wouldn't miss out on an opportunity to go to the DZ with me, and ride along in the plane if she could. I teared up a bit when I saw your little girls face as you two were exiting the aircraft but, how proud you must have been and how empowered she must have felt after she landed.
Shots Autism will do 🤘😎🤘 Ever since someone halfway around the world with a sat phone and laptop ruined everything here we can't even fly Kites on our beaches anymore .Same beaches I've lived on for over 40 years. Already been threatened numerous times that if my feet leave the ground, on the beach, I will get one warning on radio before my own military WILL SHOOT ME down.. Anywhere in between earth and outer space...
Be careful taking her up...my daughter used to go up with me every time and always wanted to jump...the people at the DZ loved her so much they made her a little mini-wing suit..she was about 11 at the time..she was always in the wind tunnel and was very adept in the tunnel with flips and rolls..etc.. one day we went up and i jumped..when i touched down i noticed everyone in a panic and my friend was running to me saying "your daughter just jumped!" i was like "no she didnt she is in the plane?" i turned around as the chute was deflating and see her floating off across the field yelling "HI DAD!" and then promptly ate dirt as she touched down..and then promptly ate it again before we finally caught up to her and grabbed the lines.. she was fine other then bruises and scrapes... but please be careful..
It's legal for a minor to skydive in the US. The state you're in or the company you go through may enforce an age restriction, but that doesn't mean it's completely illegal. The only real legal issue you would risk is in regards to child endangerment. If the equipment used was unsatisfactory or the child suffered actual trauma, then the jump could be considered child endangerment (as it should be).
I’m 35 and still to this day think my dad is like Superman. I would have jumped out any plane with my dad...his arms are the safest place on earth. This video is so heartwarming. Beautiful moment.
Why is everyone hating on this? I get that some people don't agree with this but keep it to yourself. And the people saying " she was clearly scared" and stuff, well if she didn't want to do it her dad wouldn't force her. She had a massive smile on her face so she did enjoy it, but think about it if you were about to fall through the sky, you would be a bit nervous too, that's why she looked scared! Not because she didn't want to do it. You people need to keep your opinions to yourself, unless you have something nice to say. Me, personally, would have loved to do something like this at 5 years old! Just because some of you wouldn't doesn't mean she didn't enjoy this amazing experience.
?? Because she's a child. Fuck outta here with that "hating" shit. You're obviously not an adult, otherwise you would understand that toddlers can not make decisions like that.

my stepdad took me on my first skydive, best experience of my whole life. there’s nothing like being in the hands of someone you fully trust and being able to just enjoy the experience knowing you’re in good hands. gotta say i’m jealous at how young this girl is! very lucky little one to be introduced to such an awesome sport so young. what an awesome video!!
SHE AS TOTAL TRUST IN A LOVING DAD, AND WATCH HIM CHECK OVER HER GEAR OVER AND OVER AGAIN.
أحمد
AHMAD
She has total trust because she doesn't understand the consequences, dumbass.
lmdetect Calling someone else dumbass makes your point more valid. Right!
"Checking gear" doesn't ensure a safe landing. Take it from a skydiver, who has lost skydiving friends...
This is so heartwarming! 💓 I appreciate this dad, and all dads who take the time to spend it with their children, and making memories that their children will always remember 💓
I'm 48. I'm still deciding
Lol
So your telling me if i close my eyes it will feel like I'm on a windy bed..even though I'm falling from a plane.....
Girl 👧 is brave just like his dad. I was smiling and feeling happy while watching this video. Lots love 💕 to brave girl.
Awww She loves her dad & Everyone was So Proud of Her!! This is amazing
For her. xo
I miss my dad from heaven. We love u so much papa. Always remembee that we love u so much..

I'm jealous to their bonding as daughter and dad because even the love and care of my dad I never experience until he's gone but I still missed him as my father because too different with dad and no dad 😞...
Such a great experience for this lovely little girl with her loving dad and supportive mom!! Made my day seeing this!

Wow! That girl is Powerful. Great job Dad, your daughter has complete trust in you. Unbelievably brave!
Dads give confidence to their children. That's why it is soo important to have a dad in the child's life! What a GREAT Dad!!!!
When my daughter was that age she was never off my shoulders, she turned 21 last April 2017 and the best way to mark that date was for both of us to do a Skydive at St Andrews in Scotland, it was an amazing experience and a fantastic day to mark her turning 21 and a day both of us will never forget.
did it change anything about either of you?
I wish that you both will have many such memorable times again and again.

Blessings.

Mom: whatch the kid
Dad:ok
Dad: wanna go sky diving
Daughter yeah
My middle Daughter, the only one whom wanted to actually go skydiving with me, used to get upset because she had to wait until she was 18. See, here is the good old free United States of America, I would have been arrested for taking her skydiving. She wouldn't miss out on an opportunity to go to the DZ with me, and ride along in the plane if she could. I teared up a bit when I saw your little girls face as you two were exiting the aircraft but, how proud you must have been and how empowered she must have felt after she landed.
Just Me same here. My daughter's been dying to go for 10 years seeing me go every weekend..
Great video. Not just the parents but everyone was proud of her. She did a perfect arch while flying. Dad taught her well. Hope he takes her up often
Congratulations Lolita 👍
(And Daddy too 😉)
It’s wonderfull to see the trust between all of you 2, you make me cry 😅
It's fine as long as your with an adult that's over 18
Lemon o.o okay?

That made me laugh it's so true lol
Mia your right she a kid for crying out loud
Shes just trying to say that the girl could’ve backed down but she was happy and had fun with a huge smile.
*ahem*
Not calling anyone out, MIA.
Mia they aren’t forcing her to do this shit and making her cry. this isn’t illegal and she was happy and she was safe and happy. go mind your own child aDuLT
RawVegan HealthyGoddess you’re calling every 5 year old dumb and making them not make decisions. yeah yeah she’s 5 but she wasn’t crying she as having fun and you think they’re going to force her and
Bless her she was so scared but she did so great 😂❤️
Love this video. Just lost my 17 year old less than a year ago. Live every day like it may be your last. Your an awesome Father.
how did that happen :(
Girls can trust dads with their lives 😻😻👌🏻👌🏻
@Joseph William Shaw sr He gave his daughter the experience of a lifetime and did not put his daughter`s life in danger.
We are always in danger, roads, cars, criminals, disease etc and something will get us eventually.
He taught his daughter the value of living, not hiding under a rock for the inevitable.
I have had 1103 jumps to date. Dont make comments on something you know very little about. Check the stats do a jump yourself before judging.
@Joseph William Shaw sr Skydiving is literally safe. I know people that jumped 2000+ times. When your parachute fails you still have a second one.
@Joseph William Shaw sr Driving a car is more dangerous than this
@Joseph William Shaw sr no he didn't dumbass idk why there are people out there like you
Not always...

My husband was like "Isn't that that endangering the child"? I said it's less endangering than me strapping our 4yr old in the car you drive. Lol
no it's not that stat is typically not normalized statistically speaking.
