For Undergraduate, UofA is good. Not all students there are smart but rather they study hard as Edmonton city is very boring city so they are more focused on their education.
For Graduate, I highly recommend to go at University of Toronto, McGill or UBC.

I promise I would be there studying at least in 2017. I hope through God's Help and my nation would give me the opportunity to study my PHD on Teaching English as a Second Language at the University Of Alberta. I am an English teacher from 2008. Hi I would love to transfer from my community college in the United States to Alberta to study Physical Therapy at some point. I would still be a undergrad if I go there. I wonder if there is any scholarship opportunities for international students and American students. I would love to come here. It would also be great for me to come here to explore a different atmosphere while building my future.
