      You will be very happy. Just remeber to go slow with the surface cleaner. It's a turtle pace not a rabbit pave when cleaning concrete. It's this way with all pressure washers and concrete. Otherwise you get swirl marks . But it does a great job.

    I just purchased one of these and I concur with the soap dispenser not functioning like it's supposed to. I found that if you fill the soap dispenser full of detergent, it just dumps it at super low pressure with no foaming. When the dispenser gets 3/4 empty, that's when it starts to foam. But it runs through soap very fast.

  • @jackbelarus6458
    @jackbelarus6458 ปีที่แล้ว +3

    Laundry soap is specifically designed to not be sudsy though. When you're applying a soap that needs to sit on the surface, like washing your car, suds are ideal, but something like upholstery where you want the soap to soak into a fabric you want less suds.

    I’ve seen the soap attachment from other users. Yer not getting any soap because you diluted it so there’s literally none in there. It takes a straight 100% soap and mixes to the proper mix. Other videos show it throwing lots of soap. Not like a good soap canon…. But acceptable for the price and much better than this video shows.

    I had the same situation. I have a trailer rig with two pumps that run in tandem, huge rolls of hose, etc. Great for big jobs but a huge hassle to move a set up for little things. I bought the 2000psi version of that, but I suspect its the same motor and pump in all of them. 1800 1900.and 2000. Maybe they sort the pumps by performance from the same manufacturing process and put them in the respective machines and charge more. IDK. Its rated for the same current as the 1800 so you tell me. No idea.

      Will be great for trash cans and possibly rest rooms. You will want a 4 gallon per min belt drive unit like pressure pro and a surface cleaner as a bare minimum to do the trash pads drive thrus, etc. But congrats on starting the business. You will need more equipment for sure. And you don't need a washer for windows but will want a deionized water fed pile set up for the windows.

    • @Jason-Samko
      @Jason-Samko  3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      You can use the 15 on frame and other hard parts. For paint and plastics I'd stick with the 25 or 40. Actually I'd stick with the 25 or 40 for all of it. Generally a pressure washer between 800 and 1800 Is preferred for auto detailing. You can increase the flow or gallons per minute and decrease the pressure buy going to bigger orifice tips. Like buying 2.5 gallon per minute tips.

Just out of curiosity, are there any disadvantages to using an aftermarket foam cannon for cleaning the exterior of a 32ft RV with this unit? • @Jason-Samko
      @Jason-Samko  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Probably identical. Until you get into the 1000 dollar ish and up electric pressure washers thry are all the same basically and with the same life span. But in the 1000 dollar range they get to be rebuildable and made with better parts and more efficient. Make no mistake though, any electric pressure washer in the sub 1000 range has a limited life span Probably 50 to 100 hours of run time before it dies and needs to be replaced. They are a disposable item so don't spend anymore than you have to on one unless you get in the higher end units. There is a reason as pros we only use specific machines in the pressure washing industry. Even gas consumer pressure washers are about the same life span

      it will knock it off but will take a long time to do. Best way to wash your house is to get a pump up sprayer and mix bleach with water to drop the bleach percent to about 1 or 2% (clorox and most bleach is 5 or 6%). then spray it on the siding and let it sit for 5-10 mins and rinse with a garden hose. If you want to invest in a pressure washer to do your house and driveway etc. get one that is atleast 2.5 preferably 3 or 4 gallons per min. Then you can buy an xjet and do it fast and easy. watch my video I just published called pressure wash your house like a pro.

    Can someone explain something?
    I got this washer and I learned you can change the nozzle so that you can play with the GPM and the psi. So i order the 3.0 mm nozzles. The stock nozzle says 15017. So i guess is 1.7mm but then when I used the 15030 i didn't see any difference in the flow but i heard the pump was being overworked it sounded just like when a car needs to shift gear... I though bigger orifice would make it work less but it sounds the opposite to me
    Why is that?
    and this is with all the 3.0 nozzles.

    • @Jason-Samko

    • @Jason-Samko
      @Jason-Samko  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      here is a break down for you.
      on the car foam canon is great and the 40 degree tip is best with at least 18 inches or so held away from the vehicle.
      throw the zero degree tip out. you will never use it. the 20 degree tip works great on decks, cement etc. again kepping about a foot or 18 inches away. start farther and move it in slow until you get the results you want without getting close enought to cut into anything.
      THE TURBO NOZZLE IS ONLY FOR CONCRETE!
      on your house you can use the 40 degree tip and clean stuff very well. be careful if you use the 20 degree on a house as it can rip off molding and cause issues.
      Again these are good general rules to use. your situations may very but alwayds err on the side of caution and take it slow. test an area before.
