You've taken a masterpiece and created a super masterpiece. Can't help but feel this was the original composer(s) true vision for this song had it not been limited to the SNES hardware.
The original is probably my single favorite piece of game music. The dungeons on The Adventures of Link are right behind it. If anybody wants to be immersed inside a space vacuum Metroid, Super Metroid, Zero Mission and Fusion are all waiting.
They should make it the same thing because my snes is hanging in there but not for long, change NOTHING both Fusion and Super Metroid. Let’s hope that happens!

i dunno if this remix fits the atmosphere of the orginal area but!!! This sounds so good, very relaxing, my new falling asleep music. It has that more spacey ambient feeling, good stuff good stuff. Keep it up!

I thought I had to at least mention how much I appreciate your music, seeing as I didn't even comment once all this time. This is the cleanest remix of Lower Brinstar I've heard, period. The ambiance, the constancy, the spectral feel that this song oozes... The best. When I visit Red Tower, I hear this. When I think of Red Tower, I visualize this.
Takes me to a place where i feel, disconnected from the world, surrounded by nothing but stars and darkness, with the only thing keeping me company, is the light from said stars, and my thoughts.
I'm using this in a project, with credit to you of course. This is *absolute ambient perfection,* no other Brinstar arrangement I've listened to comes close to the level of emotion this evokes. I've subbed and will check out more of your work. ♥ edit: You made this six years ago? It STILL holds up.
Kind of like a halfway point between the original Lower Brinstar version, and the remake they officially did in Metroid Prime 2 used in the water level in Torvus Bog. Really cool stuff.
