You haven't used any Autodesk Mechanical tool or function for doing this, only AutoCAD tools that were already available in AutoCAD R14 my friend. Even though you have my thumb up.

Me too I was unable to do it, you first double the circle which has radius of 14 then when we're done with the first extrude and subtract you make another circle which also has 14 as radius don't forget for all the circles the center should be the same I mean the center of the first circle is the center of all the circle

Unable to extrude 12 dimension partition there is no 2nd circle visiblity of 14 radius try many time but don't understand what's wrong with that it pick the first whole extrude partition then the 11 radius circle and result is different 😣

Sir, may I know the benefits on creating 3d parts on Autocad compared to Inventor or Solidworks?
Its relatively easy and AutoCAD files can be taken to any other software to perform various activities such as Animation , Analysis etc.
I can only select the innermost circle. If i select the d14 circle, it selects the whole surface.
You can activate selection cycling and retry. Please check the video on this Topic in my channel.

You can create a drawing file and use that as template by saving it in DWT format
