I have watched this every year in past 7 years of my IT career. This is hard hitting reality, truth & depressing at the same time.

just modify existing product for their client. And it doesn't need any
coding / programming / tech geek skill. So they can hire anyone and give
training of 2 / 3 / 6 month to make them understand basic of IT. Most
of the work there are of customer / client service.
People with valid degree, basic IT skills, Communication skills can get job in service company. That's it.
PS: Now a day they are also hiring non-engineering / non IT students.

I tip my hat to a brilliant script, and equally fantastic delivery! I belong to a different generation where we grew up enjoying life without any sort of pressure, and I can see the agony of the latest generation of sw enginners who are subjected to this enormous pressure. I see my nephew working long hours, and he has already aged beyond his years. I was shocked to know that lot of youngsters have heart conditions, Diabetes etc.. I'm not sure how, but things need to change. Add life to the years you put on instead of years to your life. Enjoyed the humor thoroughly
Using different names to call the Manager reminded me of real Mahabharath series where they call each other with a different name every time.

Awesome script. Superb acting. Brilliantly executed. Hilarious, but it goes for the gut of all 'IT collies' as they are called.
I myself was working for a IT distribution MNC, putting in 10 to 12 hours in each day of work. Recently one of my colleagues moved to Australia and then happened to join the same company there. Told us that the work culture there is unbelievable to Indians. No such pressure, no late evening work, the boss calling you late nights or during weekend is deemed uncivil and absolutely taboo. We must learn a thing or two from the white man who sets a bar for such things and steadfastly discourages any intrusion in his private life no matter what the consequences be. They live where as we only struggle to exist.

Okay here's my take on the video
Disclaimer: I am a non IT guy who accidently found interest in IT after watching Part1 of this video last year.
In short, I didn't find this video as good as the previous one. The punches weren't as juicy as the previous one. Okay one can say that the previous video had the advantage of unifying theme (modelled on A Wednesday plot) but still the presentation was lacking.
Second I found the monotonous tone. The previous part had changing scenes but the present video had a single long scene.
Thirdly I found examples missing. For e.g. in the previous part, the actor gave specific incidents as examples - chutti on diwali, his friend switching off, cancelling of his leaves. The present video lacked in that. It appeared to be a long narratives of issues that an IT employee faces. But they seem to have been presented as facts.
Now the good part
- The song was awesome and prolog( of Samay) was cute :) . Mayank bhai was superb with his acting.
- The facts are hard hitting and drive the reality home. I believe that the IT person would be a better person to appreciate your substance here (I am not exactly well-versed with the lingo)

I just wanted to beware all the software engineers. SOFTWARE ENGINEERS are the most soft target for girls these day for marriage. After marriage, girls pressurize their software engineer husbands to do whatever they want. if they deny, girls involve them in many false cases like dowry-harassment case, domestic voilence, crpc maintainace, child-custody cases etc. and demand to shell huge amount of money from them in order to relieve them from false cases plus divorce. Software engneers are becoming target because they earn a lot and its easy to shell out money from them because SE generally dont want to waste their time in fcighting false cases by their wives. There are more than 52 laws made ONLY for an indian wife and women mis-use it on small-2 issues. So chooose a girl , very-2 carefully. This is not only limited to metro-cities but small-town girls are also no less. - A senior software engineer, Accenture, Noida.
