@aliitleofitall_ I ABSOLUTELY LOOOVVVVEEE that you prioritize Tithe! As a Christian, we know that Tithe is NOT OPTIONAL. Some people don't "because of bills", or say they can't afford it. I love that you have it as NUMBER 1, not number 2...or number 7...

Congrats on getting your dream home! When I bought my home last year I had to add gas to my bill and had no clue what was all included but my gas bill varied between $60-$150 as I read heater and dryer runs on “gas” 🤯

Hi just wondering why not split mortgage equally among 3 checks ~640. Also gas and water bills will always fluctuate. Don't know where you are from but Gas and electricity can be around 100- 300 a month especially if you run the A/c or heater.
Hey friend! That would leave us with hardly any money to work with for our last 2 checks! We are in MS. We are anywhere from $130 a month to $250. So $200 is just our average and it has worked for us for several years with that number- but with this being a bigger house, it is going to be super interesting to see how that changes. 💚

Such a great video, Taylor. Although mortgage makes things a little tighter, it's so worth having your own place. Also, you guys were smart saving up for your fence and lawn mower early! I want to say I feel like gas can be expensive, so maybe you can take the $140 you aren't going to be needing for the one storage unit and add it to your gas envelope. This was fun to watch ! I’d say for natural gas, it might be used up by your $140 storage unit 😅 natural gas and warming up a home is pricy ! But this was fun to watch ! Most Gas companies you can call and get an average/estimate High/Low cost for gas at that specific address. Especially if you are the new owner.

@@alittleofitall_ You shouldn't even have to wait till it's "in your name". I was able to call and get the average high $$ cost on monthly gas usage for a friend's property in order to decide if I wanted to gift her one month's worth of gas. I think all you'd have to do is call and let them know that you're in the process of buying said property and would like to know the AVERAGE High monthly cost/usage of gas for that address. That will help you budget for future bills. Hope that helps! 😁

I dont know where you live at but friend if it’s cold that gas bill will be pricey! We are in TN and our bill from this previous month when we had negative temps is $352! 🫣😬
