My narc ex husband use to say that NO MAN WILL EVER LOVE ME LIKE THE WAY HE DID, this was said after he was caught after his many affairs, what a twisted way he has of showing love, no sense to it at all, all he did was cause pain that's NOT LOVE, he extremely damaged and SICK SICK SICK

❤️ True. Narcissist control us through fear. They lose control once we NO longer fear losing them. Healing is all about learning to overcome our OWN fear of rejection, abandonment, low self-esteem, neglect, past abuses, etc... It's not that we love the narcissist intimately (subconsciously, we don't because of the emotional abuse they spew on us). But... It's the fear of us facing past childhood or young adult traumas, emotions, situations, etc... should we leave the relationship which keeps us connected to them (NOT love). They have a grip on us because we fear facing our OWN emotional insecurities and weaknesses, so we then begin to place more focus on what they are doing to us, rather than what we are doing to ourselves (accepting/allowing physical or emotional abuse). This is why empaths binge watch narcissist videos instead of the co-dependency ones (our focus is on their toxic behavior and NOT our own emotional unbalances to heal properly). When a child is NO longer afraid of the darkness; they are NO longer concerned about the monster hiding under their bed. The monster was ONLY relevant to the child because of their fear of the darkness (not the monster). FACE your unaddressed fears, issues, abuses, etc... and I PROMISE you, just watch how irrelevant the narcissist will become in your life. May The Lord bless you all on your journey forward... Much healing♥️

So true! Once I stopped worrying about his reactions, my fear of abandonment, I could finally set boundaries and keep them. Face your greatest feat and you will be free. ❤️

@@jerry-mj8th ❤️I agree 100% and congrats on your healing... So many people stay stuck focused on the narc and never experience true happiness and healing moving forward.

These nutcases will also try to put the "fear of God" in you, saying dumb things like, "I pray for YOU," or "Lord knows YOU need help!" when all the while they are just manipulating your religious fears by bringing "God" into their tactics.

Definitely! Using God is a powerful manipulation tactic!

Oh, the religious narcissist is the most conniving and cunning ones by far.

Several workplaces have this. It really is very hard to escape, as you cannot easily find new similar jobs
It fried my nervous system badly, even though i proceeded with caution. They simply have a power balance over you. If you are not malleable enough to their tastes, they start spreading lies, interfere with work assignments, and it is BRUTAL ... especially over a long time ...

Them threatening suicide or blaming others for them being depressed is a other toxic move many of them do. Just focus on the fact that they put no effort in bettering themselves beyond empty words to fool you
