I read that they don't recommend walking on the polycarbonate and advise using crawl boards. Can you comment on whether walking on the polycarbonate is ok or not and how to avoid damaging?
Thanks for the vid Darren. If installing polycarbonate with corrugated Colorbond iron, is it best to overlap the metal over the polycarbonate or the other way around, or does it not matter? Is it best to use the polycarb. screws over the overlaps? Thanks.
Hi Nick, just keep laying the sheets as per normal. One side has an under lap and the other has the overlap. When you lap both polycarbonate and steel together I usually just use the steel roofing screws without the poly washer on it 👷
Water blows inside sides, some sides are not strait angle so they don't connect together well, have to force connection, you pay $1000 for this, you'd expect more, steer clear away from this gimmic.
Great stuff.
Thanks for the vid.
Another informative video Darren; the best roofing ones on the net, unreal. Thanks heaps 👊
Glad you enjoyed it :)
