Why do you cling to such fantasies? POLITICS IS DIRTY BUSINESS DUMBASS , theres no such thing as an Honest Government or Goody Two Shoes Government , thats why its a good thing Leni lost , and BBM won , if leni won she wouldve been eaten by other political groups and oligarchs , she'd be too focused on humanitarian aid and other "caring acts" that the Philippines woudnt be able to support it , BBM would be focused ongathering power and exercising it , WHICH IS WHAT POLITICS IN EVERY COUNTRY IS ALL ABOUT , dont like it? boo hoo , it reality son , better come to terms with it.

Sometimes western media is sucks. You know we voted for BBM because he wants to continue the legacy of Duterte, he wants to continue the vision of the recent administration. And that vision is clear and easy to understand, the principle would never adjust on what we wanted for this generation. It is not all about rivalry, instead it is all about unity. We didn't voted him because of misinformation, whitewash, nor history revision. We as Filipino, we did not forget what was happened during the DICTATORSHIP of his father, we still remembered that darkest era of our country. It is still available in our books, blogs, news, etc. But everything that was happened back then has a gray area. We don't considered BBM they same as his father, the work of a FATHER doesn't mean the work of the SON.

He did nothing but talks negative about Duterte and now the Marcoses.I have not hear anything positive came out of this guy's mouth. "Whitewashed image of Marcos era" like WTF?! Have you ever appreciated the projects that FEM did for the common people?
I think it was the Aquino's who whitewashed the history to make them the hero and the nice people which THEY ARE NOT. It was during Cory Aquino when the Mediola Massacre and the Hacienda Luisita massacre.
Rich people with large land property despised FEM because of his Land Reform law, Cojuanco family is one of the families who own large number of lands. Business owners are being controlled by the Government to NOT to rise prices so the poor can still feed their families. In the perspective of a business owner, I would hate F. E. Marcos for controlling everything.

A win for the chinese. Here's why. Marcos is actually a descendant of Antonio Luna, a Filipino general during the Philippine-American War. His ancestor was a 16th-century pirate, Lim-A-Hong (Chinese: 林阿鳳), who used to raid the coasts of the South China Sea. He is a Chinese mestizo descendant, just like many other presidents. Now you know why China has historical claim over Philippines. A lot of the indigineous philippines have chinese bloodline.

EDSA people power revolt was only in Manila not entire Philippines, we were living peacefully in Visayas, we only heard it in news controlled by the media. Are we not part of the Philippines at that time? Why only some people in manila decided to oust the President? Visayas and Mindanao people were not consulted. Well, not today, social media is already present, Visayas and Mindanao people can now freely voice out our decisions and opinions thru social media so its not easy to oust another president just because of trial by publicity or intrigues from the mainstream media. You know as I grow older, I realized mainstream media can really make a good story, but I am not convinced anymore.

Watch documentary The Kingmaker. The fact that this guy won is really tragic.

The kingmaker is anti marcos propaganda , the fact that marcos won is awesome , tragic for those who oppose him , but a massive win for those who support him.

@@cjeromet1971 because it shows facts about their crimes, such as stealing, grotesque hunger for power, murdering, documentary should be dissmised as a simple propaganda? It must be easy for you to be so ignorant. Fools will be fools.
