Hello, nice work. Thank you for the recipes. I tried this mix for both spring roll and puff puff. The spring roll came out perfect. But the puff puff became so watery and was rising non stop. Thankfully I salvaged the situation by adding flour to thicken it. It still came out manageable but the lady that assisted me mentioned the yeast was too much. I just came back to my screenshot and I saw you stated in this video to use two 1/4 cups. I saw in another screenshot to use one 1/4 cup. So please check the recipie again. I have redone the puff puff today using one 1/4 cup of yeast and it came out great.
