Excellent. Just a pro tip : I find that if you gave a good big cooler, you place a bowl to support whatver the yogurt culture is in and you place it in the cooler and tightly cover. Just before you do that, you pour a good amount of boilung water at the bottom and then place yogurt mix and cover. Let the water not touch the yogurt container. This maintains a warm temp for a while for the bacteria. I leave the cooler in my store or a place nobody goes to. Works so well.

According to what @nazoa4870 explains here that we can put hot water in a cooler and let the bottom of the yoghurt container touch it. What if the hot water heat the yoghurt above 45 degree celcius again, won't it kill the culture?

I think She said the water should ‘not touch’ the container of the mixed yoghurt. Remember you’re placing a first bowl inside the cooler before you add the bowl that contains your yoghurt mixture.

@@blossom2654 You pour the boiling water then put a bowl upside down to create a platform to place your yogurt mix container on. This should make it Impossible for the boiling water to come into direct contact with the yogurt.

Thanks for the tutorial. If i want to start this as a business, do i need to use preservative, if yes, what kind of preservative do i get and if not necessarily, how long can a yoghurt last without a preservative?
Also, which part of the refrigerator is best for storing bottled yoghurt?
Finally, how do we monitize it, i mean how do we get to know the prices our preferred packaging would be sold? This is one major setback i'm having.

Preservative is not compulsory, yoghurt can stay 2weeks well refrigerated. Anywhere inside the fridge is ok except the door.
