Yes sir, I agree with your review. A lot of band members not marching 8 to 5, so that completely messes up the drill design. I mean how hard is it to raise your knees and march 8 steps in the space of a 5 yard line? I place the blame on the Director though, because it’s his job to oversee and make sure that the assistants are teaching, correcting, and following through with the proper 8 to 5 marching technique. You also have to be strict and stilling pride and discipline into the band students. All our HBCU bands meant business back in the day.
I have no idea why TnSU signed that stadium deal. Agreeing to be in Nissan is crazy. At this I didn't even think that was a game. IT seem like they were just recording in the stadium
I think there are some fundamentals I thought were great for Simmons to bring to TxSU, but I wish Simmons would have gone back to some of the things from past great TxSU bands. If the DMs start doing back bends we know wsup
I'm so tired of bands copyinh off of FAMU and running to formations ( STARTED IT IN 2000 no HBCU band did it before then). Especially Tennessee State 😡😡😡😡. They do it way too much in every show.
famu is the originator of alot of things used in everybodies field show. i.e fast cadences, concert formations, etc. just admire and know ur history. its a new age and day
Dude how do rank txsu when it is nothing but a southern replica, from the musicality to the drills and dance, it is all southern. Look back at the videos, nothing is original.

That was a great performance. I wish TNSU would have join the swac instead of famu. 😂❤
I agree 💯

Motion is very cohesive

I agree. Although playing in an NFL stadium for every home game is a flex imo, I hate the emptiness
@j_y06 Is it really though? BCU moves their games to Jacksonville all the time. What would be a flex was if they had to move the game
TxSU is technically a replica of SU

Yeap
In your dreams
Lies...and this rhetoric is played out
And you talk about sorry ass famu, they only excited florida. Nobody in the SWAC fears them
Is that a cinnamon stick?
Lol no. It’s a wooden spoon. It does look like one!
TnSU was lacking a lil energy but I guess its because it was a MAZE tribute.

@Icecreamman007 Duuuuuuuuhhhhhh Sir I know my history why you think I made that comment. And don't tell me what to admire on here
