Well, my mom left an emotionally abusive marriage to my Dad and that gave everyone peace. He is was a narcissistic pastor. So yes, divorce CAN bring peace and not all marriages are meant to last or to have ever occurred in the first place.
But what's the difference between hard work and forcing something to happen? If there are obstacles in the way of reaching a certain goal, is that God telling you that this door is closed or is He trying to build your character in that situation?
Leon Lannaman tithe by giving to the less fortunate, volunteering in shelters, taking an elderly person to the grocery store and cook them a meal etc... tithing is simply offering yourself unselfishly to help someone else. Your $ doesn’t have to solely go to a church/building.
The perfect will of God is that He sent His only begotten Son to the cross. Look up G2307 "Thelema" in the Greek. To be in the perfect will of God which IS Christ is to be baptized INTO His death by simple faith in Him. Romans 6:3-5. This accomplishes the perfect will of God in your life. Rest in that!!

Remember Abraham, if he knew about the lamp caught up in the thicket of thorns he wasn't going to be the Father of FAITH either he needed to just believe God's provision.
