This particular sermon happened 5 yrs ago. Its only proof that the word of God and Jesus can touch peoples hearts and souls at any time as we journey thru this life. Not to mention the Bible has been around longer than 5 yrs. Thank the good LORD for using Pastor Jenkins , speaking thru him, He deserves all the credit.

I never ever get tired of listening to Pastor Jenkin's ser.oms from years ago. They are impacted with great reminders. We need to examine ourselves regularly. Be mindful of God. Go over and over some of these sermons from the past. It will do you some good.
Eleven years ago, and this sermon is still effective this is what going on now you might not need this now but you will need it tomorrow.

I just ran across this message, because I was discouraged about a few things...thank God for this word!
My morning started with anger surrounding me. I stumbled across this sermon, and praise God, He know what I needed to hear. The power to Endure!!! Jesus endured the cross. I need to learn how to attain the power to endure.
U need to stop being black that's a problem juses white and made ppl in his own image not nappy black uselessness

LOL "Shut up and get some endurance on yourself!" Amen--where was Pastor Jenkins all my life when I needed to hear this? I am so glad I have access to his sermons that have already changed my life and household over just the last few months of me watching him daily (a few times a day). AMEN!! Listening to this in December 2021 during a pandemic that is hitting us and affecting us hard. God gives me strength to endure and keep on going to face covid daily at work. But He protects me and will never leave me. Read psalm 91 when you feel anxious.

I never heard of this Minster...I typed in: Black Preachers Preaching. I took a chance to hear what Pastor Jenkins had to say, & I enjoyed it. It's ( Ironic ) sometimes I come to TH-cam & some minister say somethings that are down my alley, or close to my neighborhood. I mentioned to God about being: Chastised in my spiritual walk this week, & here it is in a sermon online! Thank you Lord...I lost my joy but not my Salvation, Lord restore my joy & help me with decisions I shouldn't make, & most of all I pray Lord that I would ( HEAR ) from you, whether Audible or Spiritually! And when I do: Chasten me & not it be heard for the moment, but let it manifest in me especially when I feel or you know I'm about to do wrong! AMEN!
