Quasimorph | Complete Beginner's Guide | Episode 1

Quasimorph is a turn-based roguelite, sci-fi, extraction game. It even feels a little roguelike, in that you lose a lot when you die, but the technology of the future can replicate you so you are able to maintain your crew ;) Quasimorph has been such a pleasant surprise and although it is in Early Access, I thought it would be fun to create a guide for the game. In this complete beginners guide to Quasimorph, I will explain to you the basics from the ground up by starting a brand new game so you can watch and even play along. I will explain the controls, the UI, the mechanics, how to fight, loot, craft, survive, explore, and more. I detail my thought process, sharing tips and tricks along the way but I spoil nothing about the game or the story. I don't force a particular path or tell you to min/max, but rather help by providing the fundamentals so you can enjoy Quasimorph at your own pace. If you are thinking of buying the game and want to see early gameplay, or have purchased it but would like some pointers on the basics, this is the guide for you!

7:47 Is there any way to disable/change (even with mod) the cone field of vision to 360°, because first of all I absolutely hate this limiting game element and second of all in my opinion if there is no cost to look around then it's only for forcefully slow down the gameflow.
