When you take damage and skarl runs away, kled can't use half his abilites and is slower because he is on foot, but he pulls out his shotgun and get a speed boost when running at enemies. After you hit champions and stuff a bunch, skaarl comes running back and refills a lot of your HP
The best part about Kleds gameplay is his shouts while fighting.
Gameplay wise they have 2 healthbars. Basically making them the highest health at lvl 1. Killing the first health bar, Skarl runs away and kled walks on ground. he's weaker alone, however it surprises people that his health bar suddenly goes back to full when Skarl suddenly jumps in to rescue, with full health.
For Swain, that model was before his re-work. He looks much much better after the re-work on his model.
For the Wards, you can only have 3 wards down at any time, if you place more, it will replace whatever the 1st ward was. The reason the 3rd Ward also looked different and had a Pink/Red eye on it was, cause that is the Warn that see's invisible things (normal wards are invisible, so are some champions with their abilities).

The 2 normal wards are stealthed and take less time to destroy, the pink (now red) wards are not stealthed, and reveal other wards as well as any champions in camouflage. they also used to have 5hp instead of 4 if i recall correctly
Yes, Riven is from Noxus. She left it after they used chemical attacks on Ionia in the first invasion
that swain you saw was the old swain before the rework so his model was still pretty ugly, also leblanc is one of the most important characters in noxus, she is behind every conspiracy and was the one that took down mordekaiser back in the day and now controls noxus from the shadows, and is swain greatest foe as both of them fight a game of mental chess for the control of noxus
That is a Stealth Ward and a Control Ward.
Stealth Wards, the one with the yellow dot, reveals an area of the map and has a timer and goes invisible, but it can be revealed by abilities or a Sweeper.
Control Wards, the one with the purple symbol, or Pink Wards, are wards that reveal camouflaged enemies, disable stealth wards, disable Traps, and last indefinitely until it is destroyed. They also don't turn invisible though.
Hope this helps. Kled is a pretty old champion, that's why most of the guys you were familiar with look different cuz thats the old models

Wards might look different in each video because there are ward skins. And the one in the middle is a pink ward. Pink wards are not invisible like normal wards but reveal enemy wards

That's Swain's pre-rework model. When champs look a little weird to you, that's often because they have been updated at some point between the video you're watching and today.
I know I mentioned him before, but I think ya'll'd really enjoy Vel'Koz. He has a short but awesome Champion trailer and great voicelines. I tend to find a lot of the "good guy" champions kinda generic and boring but heaven help me if someone even thinks I'm talking shit about their favorite champion as I'm sure you've seen from salty TH-cam comments. Other champs I think you'd enjoy are Urgot, Mundo and if you really want more Noxus insanity, Sion.

Oh the swain you see is his old model before his rework and riven can't get a new blade only in her skins, but for her lore as there is no..... wait there is a video for her its "Broken Blades | Champion Trailer - League of Legends: Wild Rift" ok when you guys watch that then i'll drop the info for her XD
Also leblanc is really old in lore as she was there during the time of mordekaiser's rule and she was part of his inner circle and she backstab him and took all the things he collected like dark arts secrets of lost magic tombs, and thanks to all that she use it to stay young and make clones of herself and is all around the world making sure she is in control but she still fears when the day her old master returns, when mordekaiser comes for her and takes her head, so she is also trying to create a weapon to stop him

No idea why this doesn't have audio on mobile - the audio works on desktop AND in the original file - about 20 minutes until processing is done - this has never happened...sorry about this - looking into it right away.

Stealth Wards: Temporary, invisible wards. Reveal a radius of the map for your team. Does not reveal things that are stealthed. #/3 total per character.
Pink Wards: Permanent, visible wards. Reveals things that are stealthed, including champions, traps, and stealth wards. #/1 per character.
High level play often will have teams fighting for control of areas to defend pink (now red) wards, because being able to see your opponent before they see you and deny them vision is game winning on it's own.
Kled: In game he has 2 health bars. Skarl takes all damage for Kled and eats all health gain from items. Once Skarl's health runs out, Skarl WILL run away from Kled, and then you have to play as Kled on foot. You have less hp, are slower, do slightly less damage, and you lose two of Kled's mounted abilities in exchange for one dismounted ability (he whips out his pocket shotgun). The only way to get Skaarl back while in the field is by killing stuff (enemy minions, champions, turrets). When you DO get Skarl back, he comes back with a big chunk of hp already back, so it's effectively like gaining 20-60% of your hp back instantly.
What this means in practice is that Kled is all about diving as far deep into the enemy as he can to kill 1 specific person at a time (because he has no AoE). When he gets low, Skarl runs away. Now that you are low on hp, slower, and less threatening, YOU HAVE TO GO EVEN HARDER TO KILL SOMEONE! Because if you don't, you die. If you do get enough courage to get Skarl back, then you probably will win whatever fight your in because not a lot of champions can realistically deal with you, a high damage fighter getting 30%+ of their hp back instantly, before you kill them. (Also looking at you Aatrox for the insane lifesteal and omnivamp he has)
Highly recommend watching Bricky's 'So You Want To Main Kled' video, because hes funny and it explains all you need to know about his gameplay.
Talon is old and the current lore is focusing in a different part of the world so I don't think he's got much lore.
Leblanc is old too however, she's got lore written (mostly in other character stories) most of her lore is written in short stories.
