- Alright gang, I had a cold while recording this whole video so I'm sorry I sound so bad/funny. Anyway, Caitlyn was a fun treat knowing the Arcane version of her and getting to compare it the League of Legends version. I'm really glad we did this one and hope you enjoy it as well. :)

calling caitlyn "cupcake" has been a thing since Vi's release in 2012. she calls her cupcake in one of her voice lines.

So Battle Academia Caitlyn is probably her best skin for one reason, her running animation (when she's above a certain move speed) switches from running to her gliding on rocket jet heelies (those shoes with wheels in the heel). Also, the animations are suuuuper clean
That's so dope. Love that skin
And don't forget the Pulsefire Skin, both are legendaries skins, so they have better effects
Jayce is just Elon Musks' self insert OC

She's not one of the original, but she's def one of the earliest
Viktor really isn't a bad bad guy. I totally recommend you reading his bio right next after Jayce's bio. Both go together.
Viktor admits the weakness of his humanity, flesh and emotions, and removes most of those from his own body to be perfect. He still tries to help Zaunites tho, in one accident with a chem spill, he tried to save a lot of lives but Jayce came in and only saw Viktor doing "evil" things, and didn't put much thought on the context before destroying the machines, killing those lives. He was welcomed as a hero back in piltover for what he had done there.
Viktor also made Blitzcrank, a steam hextech golem that could help the Zaunited with chem related incidents. He also helps anyone that comes to him for an augmentation, he never forces those on someone. He has a cult of followers but he doesn't really care how they see him.

Corina is a chem-baron who specializes in botany, but she infiltrated the Wardens. You can actually see her in Cait's lvl 1 art, standing there and looking totally inconspicuous in a bright purple dress and a giant flower in her hair.
You can see the original release date of each skin on the fandom wiki, on the right after the price.
She has a cupcake on her trap (W ability) in her base skin (and all the ones that use base VFX). On the Officer one it was changed to donuts because of the cops eating donuts trope lol.
The mistery of "C" is actually one of the things that stayed from the old lore all the way to now. Camille was the main suspect when she was released, but LOR all but confirmed it's Corina. She even appears with a disguise on Caitlyn's card. Some people still think Camille is the one behind everything and Corina is working for her though.
One of the things people are looking forward to see if Arcane will match the main lore or not is about her mother. She was on the council when Jinx shot the missile, and you can easily guess how Jinx causing her mother's death could create more conflict with her and Jinx and even Vi. But on the main lore they're both still alive. Caitlyn's story is already quite different though, since in the main lore she was a private detective instead of an enforcer before becoming sheriff, and as far as we know there's no "C" in Arcane.
Unfortunately, some of Caitlyn's voice lines in LoR was hidden in other videos because of how Skin Spotlights puts his videos together. She has more interactions with Veigar that are funny I believe.

37:46 DRX is the Korean league team that won the 2022 World Championship Finals. Each team (ranging back to 2012 iirc) gets a dedicated skin chosen by each player on the roster. So there were 6 players on the team when DRX won, so there are six DRX skins. Other teams like SKT T1 (now known as T1), Samsung White, FPX, etc. all have skins dedicated to their win during Worlds Final. Hope this was helpful.
Yes, Viktor is a "bad guy"
Self-called "Herald of the Machines", he just wants the "Glorious Evolution", where everyone will be upgraded, getting rid of the weakness of the flesh, embracing the superiority of steel.
In League he has a few skins, and a skinline features others champions "upgraded" by him (Battlecast iirc).
Also, bear in mind that LoL Viktor is really old and has little to do with Arcane Viktor, and we are all hoping for an update soon.
They basically just flip a coin each time he ppears and he's either an anti-villain or just a straight up villain
He doesn't actually force the augments on anyone, according to his story, he just gives them out to people that come to him. But yes, as the comment above me says, even Riot seems to forget that - the Convergence comic makes him into a maniac who thinks free will is the source of all evil, despite that being the exact opposite of him in the flavor story.

for legends or runeterra for your information if you ever feel like "why does he/she has an interaction with that champion" and you don't see a lore connection keep in mind that sometimes its because the happen to get released at the same time so the threw in a random interaction

In wiki there is button view in 3d, and you will have model in game of that skin :)
30:04 in the original alpha version in 2009 there were 16 champions. but a lot of champions were being worked on. they would release a new champion like every week. (sometimes 2 on the same patch).
the first "finished" product... lets call it that, had 40 champions at its release.

Im thinking the look in league is probably her as she grows older or something (my head canon)
I mainly use the arcane vi skin from the event would also use jinx and cait but have better skins for them
the event itself was not to bad mostly just archives about their lore and their background in arcane
but nothing new so don´t worry they didn´t spoiled anything for season 2 given the even started together with the netflix show
There is also a death animation you can see in some special interaction video where before dying she says: "Tell Vi that I..." it's the cutest thing ever❤❤❤
When looking at the skins if you want you can click the view in 3d to see the 3d models of the skins in game. You can also see the skill effects and the vfx of the skins. Actually the skill effects makes the skin better than the actual 3d models because when playing the game no one really can see the model of the skins or it's aesthetics the only thing you can see is the skill effects which are the highlights of the skins

Viktor is like "Anti-Hero" Hero. His works may look "unethical", but his intentions are for the good of Zaun. He literally made a robot for the purpose of assisting Zaunites (Blitzcrank isn't a violent machine but in fact programmed to save lives).
So yeah, it's not just morally right for the likes of Caitlin and Jayce.

Good to know. Felt weird with ONLY Caitlyn having that range.
@@AvanteReacts jinx Q expands her range to 625 and Tristana has a passive that gives her range with every Level. Idk how much but I would assume at lvl 18 it is at 625 or 650.
Corina worked with Caitlyn you can see her in Caitlyn's level 1 LoR splash art (the woman with a violet/pink dress) and in the splash arts of other Caitlyn followers. In Caitlyn's lvl 2 splash art you can see Corina there being "ambushed" (except she knew they were coming and was waiting for them).

@@AvanteReacts I believe when she was first released years ago, they were FOR yordles. As she was updated for Arcane, that was retconned. Now: The traps are FROM yordles. I think the common speculation is the yordle Ava Achiever shared the trap designs with Caitlyn as a thank you for her assistance.

I would love to see some reactions to some of the videos done by SILVXS like "Silvxs presents: a league, of legends" and "10 years of memories". He does really cool montages focusing on esports but incorporates lore and game stuff, they're really cool. Just a recommendation, been enjoying your reactions :)

I know this is a weird suggestion but I'd love to see you react to VALORANT stuff also! Their songs are banger and their cinematics while not on par with League they are still very good!
I actually want to do all of the Valorant content/lore at some point as well since its all fresh/newer. Great suggestion.

Viktor is more neutural he wants do good for zaun even making robot protectors for it but he doesnt see free will as important and gone down a cyberman sort docter who route or 8mproving humanity by cubernetics
The new Caitlyn design came from the Warriors Cinematic. It's not really that similar to the old one if you pay attention. It makes her feel a bit more mature than the Arcane one (and it's actually more covered up lol).
Why do we need to know you're an arcane fan when nobody gonna care if you're one or not
