I am starting to learn through the local Abate class. When I am done it looks like the Rebel 250 will be the bike I will buy. You appear as if you and the bike fit each other.
I have the same motorcycle produced in 1998, which my father bought in 1999 with 18000 yuan, because his friend borrowed it for more than 16 years. Later, the friend returned the car, and the car was able to drive normally, but the exhaust pipe seemed to be corroded and the sound was not right. I live in China. Because of some policy reasons, this car can't pass the environmental protection audit, so it can't be used normally. Moreover, China can't refit motorcycles to cars, so even if it's renovated, it can only be put in the garage. If it's driven out, it will be stopped by the traffic police and then forced to be scrapped. I have a lot of feelings for this motorcycle, but because there is really no way to take care of and repair this motorcycle because of the policy, I envy you. After all, our country does not have the culture of motor vehicles, because the government does not allow it, and thinks that refitting and over age vehicles will lead to traffic accidents or even pollution of the environment
hey man, I was wandering, how tall are you, I'm trying to get a perspective of the size of the bike, since I'm looking for a good learners bike that'll be comfy and affordable
You appear to have a short in your ignition wiring. At 1:33 when you rev it up and down there is spark jump between the heat shield and the exhaust pipe right in front of the foot peg. Maybe a bare spot on a wire somewhere.
These are great bikes... Just look like 2/3 scale sportsters... Which is the problem, I'm a taller guy and look ridiculous on mine, even though I love it.
the do the 250 here as well i come from uk and everything is the same apart from the engine compnents the size of the engine is pratecl y the same good bikes not long sold mine
thinkpol I'm not the only person. Many people dislike Harleys. They are overrated, slow, overweight, mechanically inferior... the list goes on. Google it.
AudiophileTubes Harleys aren't about being the lightest or the fastest. Harley's are about character. They could make a mechanically better bike if they wanted to. People buy Harleys because they're Harleys. They're still great bikes, but every bike has its downside. Plus it's not like people buy them to race.

same here although i got the 125 thinking about putting a 250 engine in it tho
I'm 6'1" and I don't care what people think. Small bike. Big bike. If you're not having fun on two wheels, you're doing it wrong.
Alex Kendall You have the European version then. They sell the 125 in Europe and the 250 in America.

What an UGLY bike! Why the hell does everything have to look like a shit Harley these days? There is not much variety anymore.
Shit Harley??
Please Don't Breed.
ProTuner06 Yes, EXACTLY. Harleys fucking SUCK! Overrated, bloated pieces of SHIT!
AudiophileTubes You are the only person I've ever heard that says Harleys are shit. Educate me, please, what makes Harleys so bad?
