I thought one could not use brand names in stock photography. Did I read that wrong?
For editorial use, it’s not a problem as long as it’s not defamatory . So the Keytruda image is marked as editorial use only on the Alamy site. And the Alamy contract holds them and me harmless if an end user uses an image for defamation.
