Last month my 1.5years old hyundai grand i10 Nios AMT gearbox failed in middle of road. I contacted RSA and in 1 hour RSA came and towed my car to nearest authorised service centre after diagnosis they told me gear actuators needs replacement and they replaced it within 2 days and deliver it to me. The total cost of actuator is 95k+labour cost additional Total bill was over a lakh and it all covers under warranty without any hassle my car returned to me. Thank you hyundai

Honda replaced 3 parts (clutch assembly, fuel pump, suspension arm) of my Amaze under warranty in my 5 yrs of ownership. I did not feel any issue with any of these parts but they themselves suggested these replacements.No delay whatsoever in getting the parts. I am very satisfied with the experience.
Honda ki baat bilkul sahi hai parts replace karne ki jarurat hi nhi hoti 7 years 55k km tak maine jazz use ki uska sirf rear window ka motor replace hua wo bhi covid k time 1 month out of warranty mei replace kar diya, i sold it to honda and upgraded to city 3 months back and honda walo ne mere jazz k new owner ko bhi 1 year extended warranty mei bechi hai..
Honda mei insurance lene mei 15-16 din lagte hai and after approval part aane mei 10 days. Part installation 2-3 days, testing 2 days, agar paint shop ka bhi kaam hai toh atleast 5 working days for painted parts. Almost 1-1.5 months ke kiye apni car ko bhool jao. Uske baad bhi kuch parts mei se awaaz aati rehti hai, paint quality is not good apko doobara jana padega and no one listens/attends you properly. Worst experience with Honda.

I have Honda Amaze VX 2022. Got a problem of dust accumulation near upper left corner of screen. Raised the complain. Car is under warranty and they call the car to workshop. It was less then 48 hrs the whole screen was replaced and the car was returned to me. I also have vitara brezza 2017 zdi plus. I have stopped getting service done at showroom because they dont attend you well and you will not get satisfactory response even if you do complaint for that.
