She thought he looked tired so gave him a glass of milk. Years later Howard became a doctor. The young girl who had helped him came in as a patient. When she received her bill it read, "Paid in full with a glass of milk, Dr. Howard Kelly" That was actually nothing special of him. He didn't charge patients who had little money. AND I think it is increditibly import to highlight domestic workers or "MAIDS" needs in the work force. Just don't highlight women as the only offender.
