Nice finds and customs! I went to several local Kroger stores and ended up buying (over the course of several weekends) over 100 55 Gassers to make customs with. I'm just now getting into doing customs and still learning the process disassembling, stripping paint and then the rest. I'm still trying to figure out how to make my own "Sprectraflame" paints.
That’s a lot of gassers to find at Kroger! I get most from sellers at diecast shows. Have to pay a little more but most will give a better price if you buy all they have lol.
@@ministangs The Krogers around me all have multiple large dump bins. I can spend an hour going through everything and come away with 30+ Gassers easily sometimes. I also grab other castings that I hope to make customs with. I'll probably eventually end up selling 50+ of the gassers to other customizers.
