I've done this, and I can assure you this woman is magic.
I've done this before, and what she is doing is insane -- even in the basic poses, the smallest twitch can send you moving so being able to execute these kinds of actions with this precision without flying around randomly is insane.
Dancing or not, that shit looks fun as hell just to be in there.

So, I went indoor skydiving for the first time this week and after leaving the first thought that popped into my head was “I wonder if I could dance in the tunnel” because I used to be a dancer and quit before college. I’m excited to go back and possibly try this
This has only been a thing since 2014 when Lise Hernandez hacked the sound system at an indoor skydiving competition in Canada. www.indoorskydiving.world/indoor-sky-dancing-the-big-bang/ Indoor skydiving competitions had been around for a while, but they were pretty much doing the same things they did jumping out of airplanes. Freestyle was a new thing in indoor competition. Poke around the web and you'll see it took a couple of years for the skin tight suits to be developed. The dancers started out using the same somewhat baggy suits as the divers. The tight suits require higher wind speeds but allow for more precision in movement. Look for videos of Leonid Volkov.
