YES! This was amazing! Thank you. I've been incorporating 90/90 exercises to help with my (awful) hip mobility and this video is just fab. So thorough and seems to cover all the necessary movements. This will be my go to routine for 90/90 🙂
I did 8 weeks of PT for severe hip pain and I was slightly better but still in lot of pain. I couldn't even walk and I am only 63. I searched TH-cam for hip stretching and found this. I am almost pain free! I will continue this everyday! Thank you! Thank you!
thank you so much for this awesome follow-along - it was very hard at times but it felt/feels amazing. For the first time I really felt what it means when hips are opening up.
At 5:10 the videographer is either taking a bong hit or moving on a chair. Jokes aside, awesome video. I have pretty bad FAI with a labrum tear (pincer hip) and got recommended this vid and this was my first session. Love that I have a tonne of improvement to go before getting half as good as the instructor. Cheers team
That was intense! And it was only one side, moving onto the other side in a minute. No fluff time and awesome instructions. This kind of mobility work really makes sense and i can't wait to see and feel the improvement in the coming weeks
this is epicly exhausting, well explained and not lovely to do :) Thanx a lot for this content. I feel a hot pain in my left hip up to my lower back, when I do the rotation over the object with the extended leg. Any suggestions? Just keep going?
At 14:00 when you "use the hip to pull your torso up" , do you use the glute ? I feel a big burn on my butt cheek of the front leg. Also I have to use my hands to help (for now)

Great teacher!
Exactly what I need
If I’m unable to lift my ankle like at 5:49 does that indicate weakness in glutes or hip flexors? Very helpful video!
I’m not even close to keep my front knee down in the starting position, my hips definitely need some work. Great video!
Thank you 🙏😊
This is brilliant thank you
Many thanks. So nice training !

What should we do when we start cramping ?
punch it and curse at it!
usually the cramping is good just get out of the position, stretch it, and call it a day for that movement
How often should this be done in a week?
I just came from a physio who prescribed me this because of limited internal rotation. He said I should do it every day. Good luck 🤞
What if Ihave a full knee replacement?
My front foot always goes numb doing these … why would that be ?
You may be slightly too deep into the stretch and may need to back off a hair and work your way down, checking for the numbness
