    Amazing.. pls. So this work for hip pinch.. pls so if u can't do 90 degrees.u can start where it less pinch and progress towards it right? Thanks once again

      Yes. Exactly. Never go into any pinching or pain

    Not very practical doing this alone. However I can see how this would be helpful.

      Use a towel or band to assist yourself. You can also use a bench/ block/ or chairs to make it work. Just takes some practice. You’ll get it

      @@villangelo for best results using pails and rails do a 2 minute passive stretch to start.
