Design Creation: Begin by creating your design using graphic design software or by selecting a pre-made design.
Mirror Image: Mirror your design before printing. This step is crucial for HTV vinyl printing to ensure that your design appears correctly when transferred onto your material.
Preparation: Prepare your cutting machine by loading the black rainbow HTV vinyl onto the cutting mat with the shiny side facing down.
Cutting: Use your cutting machine to cut out your design according to the specifications of your chosen design software.
Weeding: Once the cutting is complete, carefully weed (remove) the excess vinyl from around and within your design using a weeding tool. Take your time to ensure precision.
Heat Press Preparation: Preheat your heat press machine to the recommended temperature for the type of vinyl being used. Refer to the instructions provided with your HTV vinyl for the correct temperature.
Placement: Position your weeded design onto the material you wish to transfer it onto. Ensure it's centered and aligned correctly.
Transfer: Place a protective layer (like a Teflon sheet or parchment paper) over your design to protect it from direct heat. Then, using your heat press machine, apply firm pressure and heat to transfer the design onto the material. Follow the recommended time and temperature settings for your specific HTV vinyl.
