Considering the price of any old or new tractors nowadays, Belarus is the most durable and durable indestructible out there especially with low price maintenance and cheap to buy for parts and they’re also super cheap
I have a 400an and it worked fine until it started starving for fuel and went dead. I wish I knew how to test the injector pump. I get fuel to that point.
Hello! I just got one recently but I have a problem with the clutch. I do lack knowledge on how to operate a tractor. But i know how to drive a manual transmission. Previous owner told me he recently changed the clutch. When I am pressing the clutch in first gear it move forward. But when I release the clutch it stop moving. Even if I give gas the engine is just forcing like if it is in neutral. Any Idea what is going on with it? People told me it is the clutch adjustment or i have to split the engine... not sure by splitting the engine means 😅 Thanks for the help!
That's an interesting problem. It sounds like the clutch is either very out of adjustment, or the clutch linkage/forks have shifted or rotated from their correct position. Split the engine means to detach the engine from transmission to access the clutch assembly. This is done by separating the front half of the tractor from the back half.
@@Thephotonguy Thank you! I will try to adjust the clutch. If you do some video about how to drive or maintenance. I would be much interested to see how you do them. There are not much video on how to operate them for this model. Im glad I got to see your content!
You know they're the worst tractor ever made, according to people who've never owned one. I bought a 250as brand new, in 1993, still have it, never ever failed to start, ever. Little things here and there( hydraulic leaks)mostly. The only thing i regret, not getting the 4cyl air cooled diesel. If people treated them as well as they treat their pets, they wouldn't look so bad, but i guess that's what keeps the price low
that's what we run back in cuba t40 they last years great tractor for his age keep good care and will last for ever

Agreed! I love mine with the 4 cylinder. Lots and lots of power for its size.
