Was watching the video, and you mentioned Jersey Shore PA. I grew up and went to school there. Lived outside of Jersey Shore in the town of Oval. Small world, keep up the great channel
It’s always nice to hear from Jersey Shorians on TH-cam! It always surprised me how many of us there are out there though… Thank you for the kind words. They are greatly appreciated 🙏🏻
@@TheDroneGeek I'm a grown adult that can make decision, and take responsibility for those decisions. I understand what you are saying though: if it wasn't for the restrictions, thousands of "pilots" would fly their Avata2 into aeroplanes, but I don't think massive NFZ that take up 70% of my city are the answer. In a perfect world, I would say most pilots must build their own crafts from scratch, limiting the amount of off the shelf BNF available. This way, people who are serious about the hobby end up flying, ideally weeding out the people who got if for Christmas, fly it into their Walmart window, and quit. Now, that is not really feasible, especially when most companies goal is to make money, and producing BNF for beginners is definitely a large market slice. I don't know, I guess I am just a bit bitter with the concept of someone dictating what I can and cannot due, albeit it may be more an emotional response, than a rational one.

Tip 1-7: Make sure you don't fly DJI and are restricticted by their 9999999999999999999 NFZs
DJI has saved a lot of people a lot of headache and money with those geofences. Bad take, my friend.
