@@phobosthisofficial7235 I think it's crashing due to the complete savegame. For some reason savegames that weren't played through with this mod installed just don't work. Only fix I know of is to remove any old saves and to create a new game with this mod installed for it not to crash.
In my playthrough with this mod, the weapons work incredible in the original GTA IV, like if it was official from R*, and the vehicles too. The only problem that I got was that after loading my files so many times (mostly because of the missions), the Trainer stopped working, and the DLC weapons despite that they still making damage, their sounds are missing. But it can be fix, choose to exit the game and then enter again. Also that the DLC pistols, including the silenced Glock don't work with the executions. But overall, this was something that I wanted in the Original GTA IV for a while.
Surprised that this kind of mod hasn't been made earlier because it seems like a common sense thing to make. Apparently, per the comments, it doesn't work on the newest Steam version as of now? Regardless, keep it up. I'm looking forward to updates.
Yeah, there have been mods made before for adding DLC weapons and vehicles, most seem to be outdated though. Scripthook hasn't been updated by the official maker since update 1.0.8.0 which ended a lot of mod support for later versions, but If someone is able to get simple native trainer working on the latest steam version, I can perhaps update the mod to that. does anyone else have an issue with random planes spawning all over the map? I only played with a trainer before this and everything worked fine. Now, random hollow black plane outlines show up all over the map and it is quite distracting. Also, some activities like bowling do not work. I can go in and pay but no marker on the lanes to start the game show up. I tried removing the trainer that comes with this and it still happens so im assuming its something to do with the mod. does anyone have any insight?
There is one problem, Adding too many can cause many props in the game to appear out of place, Like train wreckage appearing randomly on the road merged into the ground.
SOLUTION: Use a New Save game File. DONT use old savegames files. So dont install this mods midgame. WHY? Some textures / objects will appear incorrectly, like armor showing as table tennis, or medkits as soda cans, and you will see planes or railroads on the street. Mod is incompatible with 1.0.4.0... I mean, you can install it & use a more modern trainer like Zmenu to spawn them in & use them, however, there is no sounds for the guns at all. I used to use another mod like this (prob the same one tbh...) on patch *1.0.7.0* & it had no issues with loading in & running the old trainer, but it seems that the trainer included (More specifically the Scripthookhook.dll) crashes the game upon trying to load into a save (doesn't crash if I remove Scripthookhook.dll but that makes the included trainer useless...) On the bright side, I forgot a few files in my root of GTA (Scripthook of all things lmao) & this modpak comes with them. Now real recoil works as it should, so thx for that.
the only issue i am having is that it takes longer to get into the mod menu, when i press 5 its not instant i have to hold 5 to enter the sub categories in the menu to spawn things in on the trainer and the APC gun doesn't work for some reason but it still swivels.
I updated the mod, it was an error with the code. redownload and reinstall the mod linked in the description and you should be able to spawn the sawnoff shotgun.

Texture issues can be caused by not using a new savegame. Also, I don't know why the DLC weapons wouldn't spawn, if you followed the installation instructions they should spawn, I would double check and drag the mod files into your directory again. If it still doesn't work it might be due to how the game was downgraded.

I don't know then. I haven't experienced the spawn/texture glitch that you mention so I don't know how to fix it. I have a downgraded version of the complete edition IV too and the mod works fine with it. The only thing I can think of is that you're downgraded version of IV is probably different than mine and somehow is incompatible with the mod. Is your patch version of 1.0.8.0 the English version?

You'll likely need a clean install of the complete edition of GTA IV to use this method. 1: Deleted Tbogt and Tlad folders from IV complete edition directory 2: Downloaded and ran patch 1.0.8.0 file inside the game directory. I have a question to ask. Do you need to use the trainer for the cars and weapons or you can find people driving the cars and you can get the weapons from the van and the gun dealer or you must have a trainer to use them?
If the cars don't replace any of the original ones is it possible to integrate them as of being part of the game? (example when you enter the vehicle it should display it's own name instead of another vehicle in the base game og GTA IV)
If I remember correctly, the vehicle name that pops up is also used/connected to vehicle sounds, so I can't change the name since it's using the base game sounds as well. It might be possible to change this though, I'm just not experienced enough in modding to do it.
@@andreimihail3677 Yeah, exactly. I think it's possible to use the DLC sounds for the vehicles, as other modders have done it such as Jeansowaty. I'm just not knowledgeable enough with modding to figure out how to do it though.
It should work if you used the trainer files included with the mod, make sure you used all the files from the file including the trainer itself and make sure it replaces all the files it needs to replace.

Yes, I've had that occur for me before. It seems to be a common issue when adding stuff into the game, it might be due to the default.ide file. You can fix it though by creating and using a new savegame, using an old savegame with this mod causes glitches like planes appearing in random places.

@@JblockerJ Well, if you disable police cars and the APC which are not necessary, you can have TrafficFlow and the npc will use the other added vehicles, I think it's the only solution but it's already awesome
I myself haven't experienced any texture loss. But there are texture glitches if you use this mod with an old savegame. You're free to try the mod yourself and find any bugs though.

Oh sorry, I didn't know the author since i'm just new. I tried to copy paste it and it also works with no problem in opening. But my only problem was, DLC vehicles are disabled if i spawn.
@@aaronkyle8539 Huh, that's odd. If you already haven't, I'd double-check and copy all the mod files and paste and replace them again into your GTA IV directory. DLC vehicles should already be enabled in the trainer.ini file. What is your GTA IV version, and are DLC weapons able to spawn?
It didn't work on 1.0.4.0 last time I tested it, I don't have a copy of the game on version 1.0.4.0 at the moment so I can't test it again. I'll change the video description and title if I'm able to confirm that the mod is working on 1.0.4.0 though.

@@mixanderlol3203 It's an issue with the default.dll or ide file, stuff like that seems to happen if you install the mod with an old savegame. If you create and use a new savegame with the mod you shouldn't see any plane texture glitches or bugs.

Unfortunately I don't think I'll update the mod any further. There are a lot of things I'd like to add but I'm very inexperienced at modding.

You need to use the trainer to spawn the weapons in.

No helicopters or boats, An earlier version of this mod had them but it was too unstable since it kept crashing the game.
Just download another mod with TBOGT helicopters

@@JblockerJ Well, if you disable police cars and the APC which are not necessary, you can have TrafficFlow and the npc will use the other added vehicles, I think it's the only solution but it's already awesome

I myself haven't experienced any texture loss. But there are texture glitches if you use this mod with an old savegame.
You're free to try the mod yourself and find any bugs though.

Try using the mod with a new savegame, old/used savegames seem to cause this glitch. Some sort of conflict in the default.dll file I think.

How do you Enable DLC Vehicles? Everytime I spawn them, It says "DLC Vehicles/Bikes Disabled".
They should be enabled, did you use the trainer.ini provided in the mod files?

@@aaronkyle8539 I didn't provide Zolika's trainer with this mod, this mod uses sjaak327's simple native trainer. As far as I know It shouldn't be compatible with Zolika's.
Oh sorry, I didn't know the author since i'm just new. I tried to copy paste it and it also works with no problem in opening. But my only problem was, DLC vehicles are disabled if i spawn.
@@aaronkyle8539 Huh, that's odd. If you already haven't, I'd double-check and copy all the mod files and paste and replace them again into your GTA IV directory. DLC vehicles should already be enabled in the trainer.ini file. What is your GTA IV version, and are DLC weapons able to spawn?

It didn't work on 1.0.4.0 last time I tested it, I don't have a copy of the game on version 1.0.4.0 at the moment so I can't test it again.

@@ruisu8105 Huh, I think someone else commented before that they can't go bowling or use the police computers. Did you create and use a new savegame with this mod? If you use an already existing savegame with this mod it seems to cause glitches like those.

@@ruisu8105 Yes. You can keep your old saves though, they just won't work with the mod. I think it has something to do with the default.ide file, somehow adding new items conflicts with old savegames.

Press F3 or F4 ingame to toggle the trainer. You can also remove the trainer entirely by removing trainer.asi and trainer.ini from your directory.

@@mixanderlol3203 It's an issue with the default.dll or ide file, stuff like that seems to happen if you install the mod with an old savegame. If you create and use a new savegame with the mod you shouldn't see any plane texture glitches or bugs.

I think the crashes are most likely due to the sound mod you mentioned earlier, I think it's somehow conflicting with the added vehicle files.
If you're able to revert the game to vanilla, I'd try installing just this mod and seeing if it still crashes.

I updated the mod, it was an error with the code. redownload and reinstall the mod in the description and you should be able to spawn the sawnoff shotgun.
