my ploter after cutting and stop, if i want cut a new file, it returns to the star and cuts the previous cuts again, then i need to reset manually everytime, how do I fix it?
I try to send a cut to my vevor ki 720 A machine with signmaster but it cuts everything without advancing the sheet. it worked but i tried to find a solution for the calibration and template of the printed text, and now the carriage moves forward, backwards, but does not advance the sheet anymore. Is there a change to make in the settings? Thanks for your help
You can find them, on the USB cable they give you with your machine , same thing happen to me until I play the video in the USB and it worked , hope that helps 😍

Finally find the solution ! You have to install Signmaster with the CD not with the usb key ;)

Where it says psn # and computer # but error code comes up below box stating invalid computer #

I can seem to find my product serial number any other way I can find it please.
