Results are great and as a competitor I know they're important to you and the team but arguably the example you set and the inspiration you provide to thousand of young boys/men is more important in the long run. The last five seconds is when they can start their run. Starting before the 5 seconds = disqualified, starting after the 5 seconds = you loose time on the run, so basically you must start in between.
