Bernard I feel there is a need for you to create a second channel focused solely on World Cup race coverage. I feel with the right business model you would get the sponsor support and showcase this sport to the world. Honestly start with just filming a few key sections of track and have good commentary with rider interviews and some little rider profile segments. There has to be someone willing to fund a team to come together and give the riders and fans what they deserve. Its the greatest sport ever 💙
Staring at the timing screen because the discovery clown show decided nobody should see semis, I was imagining all kinds of scenarios for what happened when BK didnt show up on the second split, but this pretty terrifying freak occurrence wasnt one of them! I hope the shoulder allows you to salvage a good result today! 👍

No wheel in the world could have survived that crash - would love to know how much force it took to snap that wheel it was in the most perfect position for complete destruction! (force in kgnm not star wars day force) although that wheel did snap like a Rebel's neck!
I think it may have been a good thing that it snapped. Had it not, it could have catapulted BK forward with much more speed. This way some of the energy was dissipated into the destruction of the wheel and keeping his flight trajectory lower.
No, watch it at 0.25 speed. It broke when it was at 90° to the track and got stuck. No way to recover that, in fact I think it would have been worse had it not broke, as it would have flung BK way over the bars instead of dissipating energy into the destruction of the wheel and spit him out lower over the ground.
Top 10 number plates from last year are indeed protected for the this first race. Things change again in the next race - or not, who knows. The UCI makes shit up as they go along.

You need to use your platform to stand up and be heard, punters getting sh@gged pay a subscription to see an hour and a half of racing only 40 riders
