What Lisa Kudrow probably meant is Poland (a different state in Europe), where strangely enough there really is one guy dubbing all the roles (in many shows). It's so funny and we Czechs still don't know why they do it this way :-D
Here in The Netherlands nothing above the age grade of Sesamy Street gets a voice over for any language. Just subtitles. Speaking English with an average Czech or Dutch person is a different experience from a French or Spanish for this very reason.

This wasn't the Late night regular set. They were in LA for a week of shows. Which they do sometimes. Take the show to different locations. This episode was shot at NBC Studios in Burbank. It was also the same studio where Johnny Carson filmed his The Tonight Show. Audience was a little over the place. The booing was a reaction to Andy telling tabloids, Conan doesn't wash his hands. They were just having fun... But one of those late 90's over excited crowds. If this was shot back at Studio 6A in new york the audience would of simply laughed
